I had the most wonderful experience today at my first visit in Dr. Krauss office. The entire staff was absolutley amazing. I have always had fear of the dental office because of past experiences. I felt beyond comfortable here. Dr. Krauss explained everything that is needed to be done. The women that was taking my x-rays was an blessing. She was great at making me feel comfortable. I am very excited to start my journey to get my smile back 😁

Dr. Krauss and his entire staff are so kind and friendly. I have horrific medical anxiety and they all do such a wonderful job of putting me at ease, working quickly and getting me out of there feeling so much better. I would recommend them to anyone who suffers from anxiety when going to the dentist. 10/10.

The Dental hygienist was awesome. I have fears of dentist but Dr Krauss and his staff has your best interest at heart. They work quickly and help ease your fears. I recommend Bakersfield smile design to anyone that has big time fears going to dentist. I like the fact they are willing to get work done in less visits with out compromising quality of work.

Doctor Krauss and his staff are Highly professional and experienced. They always make me feel comfortable and welcome. My dental procedure went very well. Absolutely no pain or discomfort. All in all, a great experience! I would highly recommend that others see Dr Krauss for all of their dental needs.

Let me start by saying that I am a big guy.... It would take an elephant sized tranquilizer dart to take me down and an equal amount of local anesthetic in order to numb any potential pain associated with dental work. I have had many bad experiences over the years, where Dentists disregarded this fact and went to work despite me experiencing extreme pain. Dr. Krauss genuinely cares for his patients’ well being and ensures that no pain is felt during the course of procedures. If you’ve lost complete faith in Dental care, you’ve got to try Dr. Krauss.... He has renewed my faith in dentistry and he maintains a fantastic staff!

Wow! I can’t put it into words how Thankful I am. Never thought this day would never come. Dr.Krauss I a Good man. He went out of his way to do extra work for me which I could not afford. He went above and beyond his due diligence. I would recommend him to anyone who needs dental work. Very pleased with my outcome... it’s like Night and Day. I’m filling “Brand New” I don’t know what to due..... Thanks DR. Highly appreciated.

Dr Krauss is an excellent dentist. He gives you great advice on your treatment, then delivers quality work. I highly recommend Dr Krauss to anyone who is looking for kind and caring dental work.

Dr. Krause is absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to. He is the best because he cares. He cares about his patients about how they feel he makes sure you understand what and why he has or is doing and makes sure your happy with whatever treatment plan is best for your needs. He has gone above and beyond to make sure I have been comfortable with the extensive work he has just completed on me. I'm still healing but considering what he had to do it's going very well and I'm very pleased with how my totally new smile looks!!!!!! Thank you Dr. Krauss YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff at Bakersfield Smile Design is Awesome, but I do feel like they are extremely overpriced and unless you are rich it isn't the best place to go. Dr. Krauss is Amazing at what he does cosmetically ,and good work comes at a price because you get what you pay for, but I feel like they should offer in house payment plans. I will have to go elsewhere for the work I wanted done because of his steep pricing and lack of options to pay in a alternative manner.
