I have been a patient for 6 years, and since they did there expansion, their quality and patient support is no longer there. The Buisness office and managment does not care about the patients. My appts were cancelled without notifying me, eventhough I called wks before and was confirmed the appts were still valid. I didn't find out until I was standing at the counter trying to check in.
Nobody in managment even tried to talk to me or make it right, they left the receptionist to deal with it, but this is outside of what she can do. So I was given no explanation of what happened and not
hing done to try to fix it. They didn't try to schedule me for another time, they just expected me to wait with no assurances i would even be seen, and they would try to squeeze me in with a already full schedule.
If you want quality customer service and looking for a dentist office DO NOT go here, and if you are already a patient look for another provider.
Managment responded to my review saying they take this seriously, and told me to call them.
Why does it take negative reviews to get mangment involved? Why doesn't mangment get involved while the patient is still in the office? Why doesn't managment have good customer service and call the patient. Instead they expect you to call them, an don't even give you a name for who to talk to, or direct line.

I have to say, I should have looked at the reviews first. A lot of the recent reviews are similar to my experience. After x rays, they tell me it will be $1000 out of pocket to do a deep cleaning. I say no thanks so they do a basic cleaning. I could tell the hygienist was new but they were resting their hands on my nose, and the handle of the tool kept hitting my other teeth. The cleaning was very short, maybe 5 mins. I do not plan on coming back here.

I received a call 24 hours before an appointment I scheduled 6 months ago advising me that they needed to cancel my appointment with zero apology. There was no effort on their part to try to fit me in somewhere else or put me on a call list or let me see a different provider. The next available appointment was a month away... honestly just ridiculous and unprofessional for a service I am due for RIGHT NOW. My previous experience with them was feeling like they were out to get more money out of me rather than concerned about my dental health, a failed filling, complaining during my appointment that my mouth was watering too much (like I have any control over that), and promises for calls back that never arrived to schedule future care and additional services. I took this as the final straw with them and an opportunity to go somewhere that cares about their patients. I would not recommend.
