It is worth the wait to go to another dentistry office rather than go to this one because they have availability. I understand why they have availability. I was treated rudely, and the staff seems to have no interest in providing a welcoming environment to patients. I do not recommend this office. I am a medical professional who owns and operates a large medical practice. Our staff would never treat our patients in this way.

The staff doesn’t know what they’re doing here. I spent 40 minutes on a call last week scheduling my appointment only to show up today and be told I didn’t have an appointment. Turns out they scheduled me under the wrong name. The dental assistants also don’t know what they’re doing, seems like they’re all interns… one of them pinched my husbands cheek so bad that he had a sore in his cheek for 6 months. I saw an endo here, he told me I needed an extraction in literally 30 seconds. I wasn’t in his seat longer than 3 minutes the entire visit. I still have that tooth (2 years later). The only dentist I trust here who has kept me from taking my business elsewhere is DMD Kamil but today was the last straw - literally because of the staff at this office. Front desk, get it together. Management - hire experienced dental assistants. DDS Kamil, you’re amazing & I would give you my business in a heartbeat if you had your own practice.

Scam. They do not honor the 59.99 new patient cleaning. They will perform the exam, do x-rays, waste an hour or so of yours and their time. Then, when they find anything that requires more care regarding your teeth, they will refuse to do the cleaning unless you pay hundreds, or thousands more in care costs. They told me I need a “deep clean” that costs $500 and that it was “too dangerous” to do a regular cleaning, whatever that means. Not to mention the thousands of dollars worth of other procedures that they were trying to convince me to get done THAT DAY as well. Total scam. Wouldn’t have wasted my time going if they properly advertised.

I went in for very swollen gums where my wisdom teeth we coming out and I couldn’t close my mouth w/o pain, and they took me in quickly and we had problems with my insurance that took a while to fix, and I mean a WHILE. The staff were all very helpful and they worked hard to get my insurance stuff straightened out. I love the facility and how nice and big it is! I cannot wait to come back for my next visit. They were very patient and very understanding. Definitely recommending to friends and family. Dr. Oh was amazing as well.
