Everyone in the office is super nice and welcoming! I was having severe tooth pain and they squeezed me in so I could get an extraction done immediately! It went super smooth and very pain free. Amazing place altogether!

My first visit here went very smooth! Everyone was super nice and friendly from calling to make the appointment to checking in to meeting the dentist and hygienist! Not to mention Dawn did a fantastic job and my teeth are squeaky clean! It was also impressive that they ask if you have nervousness going to the dentist so they can make sure you’re as comfortable as possible.

I have already given this place a 5 star review because of their hygienist Melissa, but today I had 5 fillings with Dr White and tech Alex. They again were so accommodating because I am unable to lay back in the chair. They found a way that worked well for me and got me comfortable during my 5 fillings. I am so thankful to have found this office. the sweet blonde lady at the front, I think her name is Erica greets me like an old friend and puts me right at ease!

This is a very modern office. They use a lot of technology and provided a good cleaning. However, I found them to be pushy and over-aggressive in their recommended treatment. For years I've had my teeth cleaned twice a year, with no problems. At my first visit at South Springs they told me I had 5 cavities and needed a crown (costing over $1000 after insurance.) That seemed unbelievable, especially because I have no pain. So I went to a second dentist for another opinion. He said I didn't have any cavities and my teeth looked great. My impression is that at South Springs if they see ANY potential problems down the road they treat it immediately, even if its not necessary. (Like the dark spots that aren't yet sticky, most dentists just mark the tooth as something to watch, not necessarily put in a filling immediately.)

Staff are always professional, friendly, helpful and seem happy to be there. Been going to Dr Keen for about 2.5 years. Have had cleanings, fillings and crowns done. In all cases everything has been done with little or no pain. I go for regular cleanings and if something comes up in between. Thanks to all for helping to take care of my teeth.

This office treats you like family and I never had a problem making an appointment! Dr. Keen and her team want the best for their patients and give you all information and costs up front. Thanks for my sparkly new crown and zero tooth pain :)

This is the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. They explain every step of the way and always make sure you feel comfortable. They do honest work and don't try to take advantage of you. My previous dentist said I needed 10 cavities filled, but when I came to South Springs Dental for a second opinion, they said I was cavity-free but would continue monitoring a few teeth. I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be going back

Everyone is always so nice and makes the experience less stressful/painful. I have major anxiety when it comes to the dentist and their kind words help so much during the process.
Dr. Sarah keen and her assistant are the best..and I love that they joke around, that definitley helps take some of the edge off!

The entire staff at South Springs is very caring and provided me an excellent dental experience. I was nervous going into the office, but Leslie and Dr Keen are talented and very patient centered. Jennika was very efficient and knowledgeable to be able to assist me with the insurance issues. They were all helpful and got me taken care of.
