Horrible service!!!! I called to cancel my appointment because I can’t afford my treatment for the day and of course the lady who I spoke with was EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME even though I’m paying a cancellation fee. They are saying I missed an appointment when I actually went in that day and they put fillings in my mouth and still screwed that up. I have a loose filling right now and they keep on insisting that I’m lying about my tooth and me going in. The money was pulled from my bank so clearly I went in and they are just passing the fault. I will never go there again after reading all their negative reviews I’m surprised they’re in business still. There was only one lady who was extremely nice and helpful. I wish I knew her name so I don’t throw her under the bus. However Dr. Phan and the receptionists gave me a terrible experience. They need more experience. If they’re going to be working in people’s mouths there is no reason my tooth should be hurting more after my filling. Please save your money and go somewhere else where they are honest and that can actually safely perform anything you need done. I heard Modern Dentistry of Northfield was amazing and also Aurora Family Dentistry.

They were very nice people. But they are a typical dental office with the dental assistant doing all the x- rays and questions, the doctor coming in for at most 5 minutes and then getting a $60 charge at the end. Luckily the receptionist had told me when I made the appointment they'd give me the new patient special for $19 so when they tried to charge $60 I mentioned the new patient special and even though the receptionist didn't really like that for some reason they ended up charging me $19. They were better than Comfort Dental that's for sure.

Amazing doctor, hygienist and staff. I needed urgent care for my worn, broken teeth and was expecting the worst after not seeing a dentist for several years and having a lot of bad experiences. They got me in for an appointment the day after I called and did a thorough assessment. They explained my treatment options, pricing, and insurance coverage at every step and gave timely follow-up care. I ended up getting four crowns which were all completed in minimal time and have been back to see the hygienist for scaling treatment. I appreciate their transparency and focus on preventative care. They are all really nice people and seem to like their work. I feel so much better about my teeth now, no more pain and no more dread about going to the dentist.

My visits are always quick and efficient. The hygienists take their time and exercise the utmost care. Dr. Phan has a gentle manner and is very thorough. I always leave feeling just like new.

All of the staff at Stapleton Modern Dental were friendly and professional and helped me feel comfortable. My dental hygienist, Margaret, walked me through step by step what she was going to be doing and why. They were not pushy and did not recommend unnecessary services or supplies. They also have a great bonus for referring new clients. Overall, I’m happy with my switch to Stapleton Modern Dental.

I would NOT recommend this office. If you do, please make sure that you have ALL their phone numbers in your phone, call them to confirm your appointment (even though they sometimes text you) and make sure before you leave that there are no services they did that they will charge you for and try to bill you several months later. All of the above happened to me. The rude girl at the front desk said that there was an issue with my appointment and wouldn't tell me why. Said that I answered the phone in a rude and unprofessional manner and that they can not see me. I never misses a call on my phone. Probably dialed 303 instead of 720. Thank god there are other dentists I can see and that's closer to my home. The only good thing about this place was Margot.

Dr Phan and her staff were sooooo friendly and gave really great service! I will definitely be making them my regular dentist. As someone who has had a lot of bad experiences with dentistry, they made me feel calm and explained everything very well! Thank you all!

First visit to Stapleton Modern Dental and I am happy with how it all went. This was a few years ago. We’re still glad we choose Central Park Modern Dentistry four years ago! This week I suddenly needed some work done and within two days I could come in all work was completed during that visit! The options I had were explained well.

Had a good experience at SMD recently. I am at the front end of dental work that likely will take several trips ( my issue not the dental office ). The front desk staff was polite and welcoming. The dental assistant was thorough and patient in explaining my situation and corrective steps and procedures that I will definitely be encountering. Dr. Phan was much the same as the assistant in explaining were I am in my oral hygiene endeavor. Would recommend this branch to those who are nervous and anxious at dentist offices, you will be treated well.

I went in for a consult for gum surgery today. Dr. Zaid and his team were super helpful, processional and friends. Dr Zaid was super informative about what was happening during the consult and what to expect for the surgery. I have never been here before, and I already feel super confident and comfortable, which is A LOT coming from me. I usually have severe anxiety, but did not feel any leaving the office.
