I tried a new dentist due to my current dentist not being apart of the Solstice discount plan. When the recommended treatment plan was given, I did not want to get the higher periodontal cleaning but the regular teeth cleaning. I made my request known and was told my request was fraud.

Fraud is when you do something deceitful. Requesting a lower cleaning plan which is covered in the solstice plan instead of a higher costing periodontal cleaning is within my rights as a paying customer into healthcare.

I was told I will be denied treatment at that facility for the mere fact of requesting a regular teeth cleaning over what was the recommended treatment plan and stating the fact that my request is not fraudulent.

Great experience and great staff! I was even accepted prior to my scheduled time.

I get anxiety about going to the dentist, got 3 wisdom teeth pulled today.. Alicia was professional, very kind,, and kept me calm. Dr. Kang was quick and thorough. Also both were very thoughtful.

I have needed extensive work done on my teeth. The doctors are wonderful and very patient. The staff are all extremely helpful and everyone must love their work as they all seem so happy and laugh all of the time! They completed my work in phases and explained in detail what was going to be accomplished each visit. Thank you to the entire team!

I had been a patient at this clinic for some time. A couple of months ago, I cracked a tooth. I called the next morning (website says 6 am—I wasn’t surprised) and left a message. Called back when they were officially open. Left a message. Called a couple of hours later. Left a message. Ended up just calling every hour. Finally got someone in the afternoon and explained the situation. The response? “ well what do you want me to do about it? You should have called earlier.” She finally, reluctantly, made me an appointment for the next month and told me if I wanted to be seen sooner; I could come in the next day first thing and wait to see if someone canceled. They did call my husband’s cell phone (?!) a couple of days later in response to the messages I left.

I didn’t expect miracles. I have never broken a tooth before and didn’t know what to do. The response was just so…adversarial? Rude? Unhelpful? I really wasn’t trying to be annoying!

I called a Tioga Dental and they scheduled me for the next morning, fixed the problem, and set me up for a follow up visit. I had never been there before but they were super nice and helpful.

I Love this office! This was by far the best Dental experience ever! I have not visited a dental office in a while due to past bad experiences. Freida and Dr. Son make an excellent team! My entire dental implant procedure was less than 30 minutes from start to finish. Dr. Son is so great at what he does that I didn't even know the extraction was completed. I was a bit nervous coming in and Frieda made it comforting. I actually laughed the entire time of the procedure. Dr. Son's sense of humor and skills make a great combination. I'm completely satisfied.

THESE REVIEWS ARE WRONG. The staff, especially the office manager Christina, is absolutely amazing. I have been trying to get a dentist to help my mother in law begin the process of extractions for dentures. We’ve been to 3 other dentists. After speaking on the phone for over an hour, we made the 1 1/2 hour drive to this location and won’t ever be going anywhere else for anyone in my family. The staff is compassionate, friendly, relatable and unbelievably kind. Dr. Son is cut and dry, but knows his stuff. And is going to go above and beyond for my mother in laws dental needs. Our family can’t thank this entire dental office enough!!!!

My mother in law called because she needs an emergency extraction for a busted tooth with severe root/nerve sensitivity. Got an appointment for 8am the next morning but was told they might could take her as a walk in. She was able to get in to see the dentist today and he tried to sell her implants. $12,000 worth of work and still did not take the tooth out. Needless to say she is still in severe pain.

Thank you Dr.Son and Freida for helping me with my tooth extraction. Freida was very helpful and took the time to talk to me and explained the procedure before and after made sure I had a phone number to call in case I needed it over the weekend. She even made sure I had an appointment for my follow up which I truly appreciated. Thank you I was very nervous that day so I appreciated the extra care.
