Dr. Sung was wonderful in explaining everything, the nurse I had was Great also!! But the down side of the visit, was the credit part. I was told the credit wise part of the visit, and setting up payment arrangements would not affect my credit score. My Credit Score fell 69 points after my visit, on TransUnion didn't bother my Equifax much. I was not Happy with this, because I take my Credit very seriously 😳😳. I'm looking forward to my next visit for my cleanings and cavity repair, everyone is so nice there.

Having just had another visit I'm still very impressed by the professionaisml and courtesy exhibited by these folks. From every office staff member to the Doctor, it's obvious they care about each patient. My Hygienist, Elizabeth, was awesome and my visit couldn't have been better without her!

DA Freida Holmes is by far the best Dental Assistant I've ever experienced. She's professional, caring, and takes the extra steps to help me understand my procedure as we go along and enjoy, as much as possible, the experience. She's a credit to her profession!

Front desk staff are always so friendly and pleasant. I am a fairly new patient and yesterday was my second visit, which pleased me very much.
The Hygenist, (I think her name is Brandi) , was excellent! She was efficient and gentle. The hygenist at the initial consultation, for new patient visit, was also very nice. The Dentist himself was understanding of my situation (when I described to both of them). No pressure and that's what I like. They respected my wishes. Thank you, all of you at Aspen Dental.

The staff and the doctor were very courteous and professional. I also want to mention that I had a wonderful experience throughout from start to finish. The doctor was also very knowledgeable and experienced it was a little rough going in but by the time I left everything was in excellent condition.... Pain free...hallelujah!

Had my first checkup in quite a long time as a new patient, so I was a bit nervous going in. But all of the staff were extremely nice and though the wait was a little long after going to the back, they were very apologetic and courteous about it. Doctor and hygienist were great, and I was relieved to find that my teeth were in perfect shape despite it being so long since I had any cleanings or professional care. I’m glad I made the decision to choose Aspen and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I have been going to Aspen Dental for several years. Everyone I come in contact with is always courteous and professional. I usually see Brandi Norris. She does an excellent job when cleaning my teeth and is sensitive to my needs. I have recommended Aspen to several people who are now patients. Keep up the good work!

Very disappointed with my visit to Aspen Dental. My Procedure was for a deep cleaning and cost me $500 between both visits (with insurance). After leaving the office for my second visit I confirmed everything was paid and I would not receive a bill, the front office said yes you have a $0 balance. One month later, Bill comes in the mail for $110. I call the office wondering why and they state "Actually you owe $240" - What?

The answer I received when trying to understand the charges was "Your insurance did not cover these items..." But it was my understanding that the billing department called my insurance company prior to these procedures to confirm all would be covered. Not a great experience to receive a bill after being told you have a $0 balance and even worse when you call and find that bill is actually more than what you just read in the mail.

Last thing - The Electric Toothbrush must have some serious commissions for these people because It was added back on to my paperwork at least 4 times. They simply said "You owe X amount" and expected me to pay and when I asked why it was "Oh the electric toothbrush"

The staff is nice and the facility is nice but the overall service is subpar. I'm switching dentists today. Each time I've gone in at my scheduled time, they had me wait an hour before the dentist came in and took 2 seconds to look at my teeth and send me home (and I had to pay $37 for that). I scheduled a teeth cleaning but they weren't clear when they had me come in that it was only a consultation and the teeth cleaning had to be scheduled separately on top of that. I was told that that is Florida law when I got there but it would have been nice to know before I came in as I took off work to get a teeth cleaning and instead was only told to "brush longer" after an hour of waiting. The next availability they gave me for the teeth cleaning was a month after that. I just had to call to reschedule and they told me its going to be another month and a half before they can schedule me. Overall, 2 and a half months to finally get my teeth cleaned? I'm going somewhere else.

I was so apprehensive before my first appointment at Aspen Dental. Everyone was so nice there that I relaxed easily. The receptionist (I didn't catch her name), Jackie and Brandy in the back, and Jeff in the financial office were so warm and caring I felt that I had found a home. I am more than satisfied with everything - from the deep cleaning I got to the fabulous financial arrangements orchestrated by Jeff! Wait time was minimal and I feel like the plan they designed was made just for me with concern, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help me regain and maintain a great smile! Aspen Dental for life!

The staff are exceptional. Especially the young lady taking impressions, I was not easy to accomplish.
Treated exceptionally well. Great service all around. New top Denture is fitting excellent. The pulling of what was left was a bit rough but tolerable. I have a bit of Anxiety for anything to do with my mouth, due to childhood trauma from dental work. The staff here have been exceptional.
