My visit to Dr. Rittenberg's office was a very pleasant one. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. Dr. Rittenberg is very engaging himself and this attribute is reflected in his staff. The ambiance of the office is inviting and relaxing and there is a genuine concern for the comfort and well-being of the patient. I found Dr. Rittenberg's approach to patient care to be a holistic one. Couple this with his use of the latest technological advances; you are assured of the utmost accuracy and quality in dental care.

Amazing staff and a wonderful new building. I had my teeth cleaned and a crown all in one day with very little discomfort. Everyone is friendly and helpful with questions. I recommend Dr. Rittenberg to everyone.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rittenberg’s for over 20 years and will be a patient for as long as I live. Dr. R and Miriam are like family to me. They always take great care of me and are genuinely interested in me, my overall health, my family etc. They also took care of my late husband and my children while they were younger. My new husband is now a patient after hearing me rave about them. Dr. R has even come in on a weekend to take care of me when I had an emergency dental need. I love the staff and especially Dr. Harris (Rittenberg) and Miriam. Excellent bedside manner and very knowledgeable and always go the extra mile to ensure I’m comfortable and my needs are met.

Dr. Rittenberg and his staff provide outstanding, knowledgeable and highly skillful care at each and every visit. Dr. Jones has been a wonderful outstanding addition to the practice as well. They are the most courteous, professional and caring group of people in any dental practice I've ever encountered I frequently recommend them with complete confidence to anyone I know who needs dental care. Excellent Nice friendly atmosphere. Made me feel at ease right away. The doctor ,the assistants, the staff. Exceptional dental hygienist with a beautiful spirit. I was always told no one should ever get a perfect rating but there is always an exception. I traveled from SC to FL for my implants and teeth. My care was always exceptional and painless. Dr. Rittenberg is a perfectionist. It would take a full page to give you all the excellent and above and beyond any medical office would do for their patient. I will be sending patients from Columbia, SC to travel to see him since this area lacks the customer service that exceeds this office. I would want a perfectionist to take care of my teeth. April was my favorite technician since she too is a perfectionist. Kathy gave me a ride home so I did not take a taxi. I thoroughly enjoyed her company. Also Beth delivered my teeth to my sisters home. Kelly mailed some washers as promised. Glad my work is finally finished but sad that I will not see them again for awhile. You will not find a better group of people to work on your teeth and actually enjoy it. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Love you all.

Dr. Rittenberg and his staff are so warm and welcoming. I always look forward to my appointments to see how everyone is doing. The care is thorough and high tech. They really care about your overall and health and strive to make you as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this office and the staff to anyone needing good dental care done right.
EDIT: I am updating my review to include an updated experience. While the patient care staff are very wonderful the front office leaves a lot to be desired. My insurance changed to United healthcare dental. I was told they take this plan and never that they were out of network. I had a cleaning and they found 2 cavities. They scheduled me for the cavity repair and told me per my insurance my was estimate was about $150 and I would need that amount to have it fixed. I scheduled for a week later brought my money with me got everything fixed was told I was good to go. I then get a bill for $330 ish. The bill was for my standard cleaning. I called the insurance company wondering why a cleaning cost more than a problem visit and find out that they are not in network. At the time I was bringing home $1183 a month as I paid over a grand a month for benefits at my job. I have since changed jobs and gotten a better job starting in February. However, I get paid monthly. Then the pandemic happened and our hours got cut. I explained this to then when they called me about the bill and explained I would make a payment in June. I then get a letter this weekend from Megan the office manager saying they don't want my doctor patient relationship being affected. However my fiance needs a great deal of work done, took his insurance information months ago, was told he'd get a call with an estimate or a mailing. He received neither. So patient doctor relationship is already affected. If I'd known ahead of time my cleaning would have cost this much and that they were out of network I would have went somewhere else. However, I was never given that information. So I will be settling my balance but I will be transferring my care to someone who knows how to verify if the insurance in question is in or out of network and can tell me BEFORE services if I owe anything so I can plan for that. Maybe Megan needs to spend more time with her front desk and less time authoring letters.

My husband and I love your new office. We live in Keystone Heights and would never think of changing dentist. Dr Rittenberg and associates are very professional and care about their patients. Best dentist in the United States!!!😊

I've had the most pleasant experience coming here as a new patient. This has probably been the most (maybe it's even strange to say) enjoyable introduction I've had at any type of medical practice, let alone dentistry. This is due (in no small part) to the informative, considerate, wonderfully conversational, "feels-like-family" Beth, my new hygienist. I came here after reading Google reviews myself. The recommendations have not disappointed.

From the time I walk in the door, to the time I got into the dentist's chair, I felt welcomed. It seemed that they were happy to do whatever they could to make me feel comfortable. I would and will definitely recommend their services to my friends and acquaintances.
