I am very impressed by everyone I've come in contact with at Dr. Rittenberg's office. Like so many other people, going to the dentist is not my favorite thing - but the people at this office are warm, friendly and very professional. They take the time to get to know you as a person, not just a patient. They communicated well with me and each other. Dr. Rittenberg is willing to work with you so that you get the best outcome possible. This has made the whole experience a bit easier for me - and for that I am grateful and thank them all!

Arrived on time and after a very short wait was taken back for the exam. Ms. Becky was very friendly and seemed very efficient. She explained what she was doing and let me know there were no problems with my teeth. I thought my teeth would be cleaned at this appointment but no problem; I was scheduled for a cleaning at a convenient time within the next two weeks. I was very satisfied with the appointment. Based on today's appointment (my first), I think I will make Dr. Rittenberg and Associates my dentist.

The receptionist that scheduled my appointment was very friendly and professional. That being my first impression was refreshing. My time in the waiting room was comfortable and seeing how well patients ahead of me were greeted by the staff was very welcoming. The staff enjoys their work environment and it shows. Extremely clean too, nice decor, comfortable. My technician was very knowledgeable and good at explaining everything and validating my concerns. I think Ive finally found a dentist Ill stay with.

The Dr. was able to so the same and gave advice on what I should do in the future regarding my wisdom teeth. I will definitely be going back and keeping up with my cleanings with them! The waiting room is clean and sanitized. The exam rooms also appear very clean. My initial concern was their attempt at familiarity with patients by negating the Surname and constantly referring to patients by their Christian names. That issue was managed internally, and I no longer have that experience. Beth completed my cleaning today, and it was completed quickly and professionally. Thank you.

I just recently discovered this office about 6 weeks ago. I have had 4 other dentists give me quotes and their opinions for what my perfect smile entailed. After discovering this place I have since been back 3 times for a consultation, deep cleaning and a root canal. I can say I have been very pleased with every experience I've encountered with them.
