Everyone in the office are GREAT!!! First time in office and Ms Phoenix sat down with me asking questions in order to better understand my needs. She escorted me to see Ms Beth (hygenist) who was phenomenal. I was then introduced to Dr. Jones. who explained everything to me. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Looking forward to getting my work done by great people who care.

New stuff is going on in dental care (I actually started at University to study Dentistry, landed in another health care field), one of the best dentists EVER! I sincerely mean it. I am a new patient to this office. I realized this was going to be my new dentist as soon as I called for an appointment. The staff member that answered the call was very welcoming. I could hear it her her tone as she spoke and how she took my information. I appreciate that they confirm your appointment in many different ways. My first appointment was with the welcoming staff member which I found outstanding. She actually read what I wrote on my information sheet. So many times I've gone to Doctor's where the information you provide via their documents is not read and asked from you multiple times in the same appointment. This week, I had my cleaning appointment which was very thorough and satisfactory. I am glad I found Dr. Rittenberg & Associates they are want I wanted in a dentist office. Please keep up the great work!!

I recently moved to Jacksonville and was nervous about trying a new dentist. I took a recommendation from a friend of mine to see Dr. Rittenberg. I was very pleased with my first experience. The office is in a cute "house" and the staff is very welcoming. They all took time getting to know me. The doctor was very patient and informative. He didn't seem rushed or unfocused. He made great recommendations for what I needed and made me feel comfortable about the treatment plan. I'm happy that my smile is safe with Dr. Rittenberg!

I have been a person afraid of the dentist or embarrassed that I couldn’t afford dental care for so long. I grew up in the surrounding neighborhood, and when the new office was built. I was drawn to it. From the first phone call into make an appointment, to my consultation right before COVID-19 happened. I have felt nothing but kindness and professionalism from this office. My dental hygienist Kim, is the best. She’s knowledgeable and they always ask me how school is going when I come in. The one on one time is great and so is all of the safety precautions they’re taking for you. Greatest dentist office ever. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone is there to help and encourage healthy habits for your teeth and smile.

Both me and mother go to Dr. Rittenberg's practice, and have had very great experiences! I love that they have the latest technology. You can have crowns made right there, which saves time and one less visit. My mother has Alzheimer's at the later stages, but the loving care that is shown to her is amazing and she is happy when she comes out!

I've been going to Dr. Rittenberg for 15 years now and I'm so glad my brother recommended him. My wife has perfect teeth; me - not so lucky. During this visit, I had an old filling removed that had decay behind it, and the tooth was prepared for a crown. They got me in on-time and took as long as needed to do a great job.
