Dr. Harris Rittenberg & Associates

I have been a patient of Dr Rittenberg’s for years and it is such a pleasure going to his office. Everyone is awesome. Today I had a new experience! I had 3 hours of work (3 crowns) with the new dentist, Dr Jones and her assistant, Jennifer! They were so wonderful and took such good care of me!! I would recommend this office (and I do)to everyone! Thank you Dr. Rittenberg for having such a Great office!

My experience at Dr. Rittenberg's office was great. I had my first visit a couple of weeks ago and was really impressed with their professionalism. They are very understanding of people (like myself) who have "Dentist anxiety" and work hard to put your mind at ease. My fiancé is also a patient there and has had an enjoyable experience with their office over the past couple of years. I am glad to have found such a quality dentist in Jacksonville and would recommend his office to others looking for a dentist.

I called and got appointment for the next day . Kim explained everything she was going to do for me that was easy to understand. The cleaning was well done and toothbrush recommended was bought at fair price in office. This is the dentist office I will use always for my dental care .

I have been a patient of Dr. Rittenberg's for approximately 10 years now. He and his staff are the most professional, compassionate, gentle professionals that I work with. Dr. Rittenberg has made himself available late in the day for an emergency, has worked with me to fit my dental needs/desires to my budget, takes responsibility for his work if anything needs adjusting, and is overall just a pleasure to work with. And that goes for his whole staff. From the front desk always being pleasant and accommodating when appointment changes are necessary, to how gently Paula cleans your teeth! And April makes sure all work is done to a high standard, as if you were a member of her family. I could not give a stronger recommendation and I do send all my friends to Dr. R.

My husband and I were looking for a dentist due to insurance changes and my friend recommended Dr Rittenberg and his team. I was impressed from my first contact with the office to schedule our cleanings. The staff is professional and friendly, answering my questions and giving me options for scheduling. My husband and I were scheduled and seen promptly. Upon arrival to the office, you could see that this prompt friendly service is the Culture of the practice. We've been to several Dentists in our area and we just weren't satisfied with their service. Our friend told us about Dr. Rittenberg and his staff. My wife and I decided to give 'em a try. First impressions: Nice office. They've got a really good staff, friendly and experts at what they do. They've got cooler technology and equipment than the other offices I've been to. I used to not like going to the dentist. Dr. Rittenberg's office makes it enjoyable.

I had a cleaning today with Nancy. First of all, I will tell you she is a very good hygienist and has had years of experience. I also had the opportunity to be check for mouth cancer with a new machine they have. It was well worth it and feels good just knowing everything is fine.

I have gone to Dr. Rittenberg a long time and over the years he has done amazing work to improve some difficult dental problems for me.

They have an amazing staff, from the front desk to everyone in the practice being so specialized in what they do. They stay current on all areas of dentistry and can help you with any issue you may have.

I would sincerely recommend his practice to everyone.

Entire staff was gracious, helpful, and seemed genuinely interested in me as a person. Dr. Rittenberg was very attentive. He has a fantastic "bedside manner". Highly recommend.

04/11/16. Just spent 5 hours in oral surgery Dr. Rittenberg and his staff. I had an incredibly positive experience!!! Can't say enough about the professionalism, interest in me as a patient and person. Recommend to anyone wanting top quality dental work.

My very first visit I was very impress with Dr. Rittenberg and his entire staff, they really answered all of my questions and made me feel quite comfortable something that I haven't experience in a long time. My second visit was yesterday Aug.15th and friendliness and professionalism just got better. I still have a little ways to go to complete my overall Dental work but , I feel very confident it will be a Success. Stay tune for the finished product.
