My visit was just for my 6 month cleaning but everyone acted glad to see me. I always feel welcome and comfortable at this office. I did not get to see Dr. Rittenberg this time as he was on a very deserving vacation! I missed seeing him because he is always so very polite and friendly. I have had LOTS of dental work done at this office and it has always been very pleasant! I would recommend it to everyone.

Phenomenal dental facility. Everyone there is helpful, kind and caring. Not only is Dr. Rittenberg a great dentist but all of his hygienist and office staff are amazing too. Kim is my hygienist and she is fun and personable. She puts you at ease and every visit is enjoyable. Robin and Miriam are always going above and beyond to help me with billing, changing my appointments, whatever I need. When I moved to Jacksonville, I tried another dentist in town and only went once. I was glad I stumbled across this place. The reviews are no lie and they are worth the drive too. I highly recommend this practice. You won't be disappointed.

Great people! Quality work! I had my first visit recently and had a great experience. The office itself is fairly new so everything was clean and had a nice aesthetic. Everyone I came in contact with (front desk, hygienists, dentists, etc.) were very welcoming and personable. I received great care and my initial exam was thorough yet went very smoothly.
I highly recommend Dr. Harris and his staff to anyone looking for a great dental experience.

Went in for a cleaning and was seen by Dr. Jones for a filling. Very professional and knowledgeable / took the time to explain my x-rays. I need some more dental work, and they gave me a time frame of when it would be best to receive the dental work, but was not pushy about it which I liked! Overall, the office is very clean and new, and it seems like they have newer equipment/technology which I liked! Overall would highly recommend this dental office and will continue to be seen by Dr. Jones!

Dr. Rittenberg and his team offer quality 5-star dental services. They are extremely helpful, answer all your questions, pay close attention to detail and genuinely care. I love my new crown, by the way. This recent procedure was seamless from start to finish. No pain, no discomfort, quick and efficient. They made my crown on the spot and I was in and out in a few shorts hours with a permanent crown on my tooth. The next day I received a follow-up call to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a professional, experienced and friendly dental team who will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and get the job done.

My husband and I have been treated by Dr Rittenberg and his staff for the past 8 years. Weather it is for a hygienist visit, a filling or reconstruction,
we are always treated with a friendly smile . The office stuff is very accommodating and compassionate. I specially like Dr. Rittenberg approach to patient care, as he takes the time to discuss with a the patient the situation at hand and explains what needs to be done , while giving the patient time to verbalize a his/hers concern. Always a pleasure.

Finally, after years and years of frustration, I found my dentist for life! No kidding, the staff and Dr. Rittenberg have the perfect dental practice for me. They were very pleasant to work with, made me feel comfortable and welcome and did their absolute best to make sure my experience was nothing but perfect. This is the first review I have written because I am truly impressed with the level of service received at this office. So happy I took my friends advice to go to this dentist!
