As a new patient to the practice I have found in every step along the journey very positive. The first set of people I spoke with were very welcoming and gracious with their time from answering questions to offering assistance. Meeting with the dental staff and the doctor was a great experience. From the onset they were very welcoming and willing to answer all of my questions and concerns. They took the time to identify issues I am having and gave me options that were manageable. I actually look forward to working with them and feel as though I have found my dentist.

Unfortunately, I came for my appointment and was not seen because I did not ‘confirm’ my appointment. I think it is considerate to have me call and confirm an appointment that I made! Total waste of my time.

Update : at the beginning I was given a dental plan. Over the course of the plan much time had transpired. They pulled a tooth out and placed an implant. They then said that they would not continue until I had a cleaning done. The cleaning was astronomically priced bc they were going to scale and inject antibiotics. I told them that that was half a year ago and that they fixed the gums and teeth that were causing the issue that warranted the scaling and antibiotics. I asked if they could reassess and create a new plan and they said no. So I left. I went to Lake Wales Dental Group. They checked my teeth and said that there was no need for calling or antioxidants, just a normal cleaning, my gums were great. They also had better prices. I have been going to lake wales dental group since and so does my mother and they ask how she’s doing when I come in and Vice verse. I will also say that when dr Fellner pulled my two teeth- he knocked my crystals out of whack and I missed working bc I was so nauseous. He also asked if I bled and I said yes- then he said there’s no way that I kept bleeding. That was crazy, he didn’t believe me. Smh I’m glad I don’t go there.
Dr Fellner really cared about giving me the smile I wanted and explained everything very well, the staff is fun and so friendly and also explains everything thoroughly. I feel well educated by them about the plan for my teeth. I can't wait to get started. I'm excited. Yay 😁

The people are wonderful here. I was so excited to find a good local dentist. The wait wasn't too long, but I was disappointed to find out when we were leaving they were not in-network with Careplus. It's important to make folks aware of these things prior to the appointment. Most people are on a fixed income and can not afford out of network expenses....
