Always a good experience going to the dentist. I have been twice during the COVID pandemic. I always felt safe with the protocols in place. Social distancing and the mask mandate before entering the building. All of the equipment is thoroughly wiped down between patients.

The doctor is always so rushed and rude. He did a root canal/crown and seemed so surprised that the root canal “went smoothly” but the crown was too big so I went back and he sat there and told the assistant in front of me that i “must be one of the ones that say it’s fine then leave and it’s not”. Maybe if he wasn’t so rough and in a rush it would have been fine. He sanded down a perfectly good tooth to make the obviously too big crown fit and cut my gums In the back while doing so. The assistant was ready to order a smaller crown but he said “it has room” which seems pretty lazy considering I had to come back anyway. I also have a latex allergy and he used latex gloves and gave me a rash on my face for over a week. I do not recommend.

Dr Fellner and his crew are great. I recently came to them after moving to this area and I'm 57 and fortunately haven't had to have a lot of work done on my teeth. But I'm a white knuckles patient, sensitive to dental work and a wimp (terrified actually). My previous dentist was recommending 2 crowns. Dr Fellner wasn't because I wasn't having any issues, he doesn't perform dental procedures unless necessary and he knows how to handle wimps like me. Highly recommend this dental practice!

I visited this office for the first time today as a result of a dental emergency, extreme pain in my tooth. I called my longtime dentist office at 8:00 AM to request an emergency appointment and was told the first available appointment was 1/14/21. Luckily Dr. Fellner’s office anticipates emergencies and sets aside time to accommodate patients in pain. His assistant Christine was extremely kind and caring; she put me at ease and guided me through the procedure. Dr. Fellner is very unique; he spends extra time educating his patients and presenting options. He kept reassuring me that he would get rid of my pain and he did. Thanks Dr. Fellner, Christine, and staff for your compassion.

Office clean, tidy, girls very nice, & polite. The XRay techs, the b st I ever met! The time & patience they took was unbeatable! The Dr. was very Professional, kind, nice, goodlooking & and took his time with his consultation, explaining in detail at great length! Was very pleased with him! Best Dental Dr. ever visited, have had very bad experiences in the pass. The only thing I didn't like was; the TV being too loud! With some reality (drama, or soap opera), a lil annoying, cuz hard to hear what front girl & I were discussing! I personally if I'm in a Drs. office I'll rather spend my time, to c & listen to some intelligent medical educa -tional info! (Specially if I have children, with me, or some r there!)For instance if it's a (Dental Office), y not good dental education advise in taking care of your gums & teeth, etc.. like avoiding gum disease by brushing teeth at nite, not eating too much sweets, etc...Sorry! That's just my opinion, don't like wasting my time watching tash!
