My dental hygienist Sofia was so welcoming and did a great job. Her hands were very gentle and she was also very friendly and knowledgeable. You won't be disappointed by the office. Go visit them for a great experience.

I begin going to Dr.Fellner at Lake Wales Dentistry in 2018 as my dental health provider. My opinion of him that he was brash but a fairly good dentist. However my opinion of him changed drastically after he performed a root canal on one of my tooth and perforated the root wall and subsequently killed the tooth that i had entrusted him to save. That unforeseen circumstance was unknown at that time but over time I returned to Dr.Fellner several times and he downplayed any substantial harm and addressed my pain and concern my giving me more antibiotics and pain relievers which did little to solve the problem. In October of 2019 I was in severe pain so I went back to Dr.Fellner's office and only then did he take an xray and come to the conclusion that I had a Periapical abcess with a cyst. At that point he did refer me to see an Endodontist but instead of seeing that as a follow up or continuous care he charged me as if I hadn't been complaining about the pain and discomfort that i had been suffering to since the day that he performed the root canal! The Endodontist cost me $225 out of pocket and Dr.Fellner or Lake Wales Dentistry refused to pay all or part of this fee so I filed a complaint with my insurance company and they found him and/or his services to be negligent and Dr. Fellner and Lake Wales Dentistry had to repay monies back to the insurnce provider and to me. However lake Wales Dentistry is refusing to return my portion of the funds unless I sign a sworn affidavit not to sue them! This entire process has cost me thousands of dollars that I am still paying and it is sad to see that a dentist that I entrusted with my oral health would do me more harm than good and farther inflict harm upon me by not trying to correct a reversible error that he caused and by trying to force me to sign away my rights to get money back that I paid him in good faith and confidence! I have since had to spend another $1800 to have that tooth surgically removed and bone graph implanted. The saga and pain continues for me so be cautious of what it will cost you in the long run before you go to Dr. Thomas Fellner at lake Wales Dentistry!
