The place was clean. The receptionist was friendly and proficient. She helped me understand the insurance and copayment. The hygenist was gental, friendly and efficient. Very clean area. Dr Fellner helped to save my teeth instead of pulling them. I'm thankful for his knowledge and caring attitude.

This Dentist office is the best! I changed Dentist due to my Dentist not being in my Insurance network. I didn’t want to do it but made financial sense for the treatment needed. I am so happy that I made the change. Dr. Fellner has the best personality and cares so much about his patients comfort. He’s Great!!! And Crystal is awesome...so easy to talk to and absolutely takes pride in her work assisting the Doc.

I would not recommend this dentist office. I always leave after cleanings having to pay something even though I have insurance to cover 100% of cleanings. When I had a broken tooth I went in to be told it needed a inlay crown, no other options were given to me at the time. Who am I to question the doctor? I was told the insurance would cover 50% of the of the procedure so I paid $699 out of pocket. Only to get a bill in the mail for over $500 because the insurance said that it was not needed after reviewing the claim. I feel taken advantage of. Not to mention I had to wait over an hour at every appointment to even be taken back, and found out other dentists can do this without the multiple visits. I paid more to have this tiny piece of porcelain than I did to have full blown knee surgery. Hopefully I can find an honest dentist office, and not feel like I'm sitting in a car dealership!

I did not have my usual technician but her sweet replacement was great. Back to the old style tooth cleaning it's just fantastic got all the tartar off doing it the old way. My teeth feels fantastic.

I suffered many years because of another dentist that was uneducated, Dr. Fellner fixed my 20plus year problem in about 2 minutes!!!! I’ve never been so thankful in my life.
The lady that is doing my treatment plan is absolutely AMAZING at her job!!! I can actually smile now with out feeling embarrassed!!!
This whole staff is one big family that only wants the best for their customers, thank you so much!
