Very friendly and pain free so far. I've had cleanings, fillings, root canal and crown. Clean and comfortable. Takes my Florida Blue insurance too.
Update. Had my second crown treatment. Saved the tooth without need for rootcanal. No pain and very fast. Crown number 3 is coming soon.

From Fabulous Ashley and Fantastic Andi in the front office, to Felix (the best dental hygienist, ever!) and Dr. Perez --- Everything is done to make a visit to the dentist a great thing!
Procedures are well explained, the work done, is done with the patients comfort a priority and options for dental procedures suggested.
The office itself is very nice -- The decor soothing and the examination rooms comfortable. Would definitely recommend Dr Perez and Felix to anyone needing dental work or looking to relocate to an outstanding dental practice!

This dentists office goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. From the ladies at the front counter when you walk in to the dental hygienists, everyone makes you feel so at ease like your visiting with old friends. I would highly reccomend the team to anyone looking for a new dentist that not only makes sure you are comfortable, but also takes the extra time to and energy to make sure you are getting the most thorough cleaning & "exam" that they can possibly give. My dentist even does a jaw, thyroid, & lymphoid check just by examining my outer jaw & throat. Like I said, above and beyond.

When I got new dental insurance, I called around to several offices in Ocala. Sometimes just voicemail and I left a message and didn't get a call back, sometimes rushed and not very friendly. The Dentist Place was very friendly and helpful from the first.
Just had the best dental visit of my life. All the people, from check in to check out were wonderful. My hygienist Latoya was friendly, skilled, thorough and gentle. She explained each step to me and helped me understand the work that needed to be done. Lisa at checkout also friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me understand my insurance and payments. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Today I received a new temp crown, Tameka was terrific. Dr Winterman was gentle and everything went so well. I'm so happy I found this dental office. Best care ever

Fantastic! I have had bad experiences in the past and was petrified walking in. A situation I had suffered through gruesomely in the past (with other dentists) was surely just around the corner. The staff greeted me warm and polite when I walked in and Dr. Fiola, to my surprise, made quick, painless and easy work of my abscessed tooth. I thought she was just getting started and we were done! Not a bit of pain! Not even a little! Night and day! Compared to other dentists I've encountered. I highly recommend The Dentist Place to anyone in need of a dentist.

I have gone to this dentist office for years and never had a problem. They have a new Dr, Dr Julie who is AWFUL! I’ve seen her twice now and both times she was running late and said she had “family things”. I have never had a bad experience with a dental procedure until this visit. It’s like she forgets your moth is attached to your face and pinched my lips and man-handles my head. After 14+ years, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The dental hygienist was so great let me pick the type of music I wanted to listen to I fell asleep with the nitrous so many times so comfortable procedure deep clean and my teeth look amazing

This staff is fantastic, your greeted with smiles upon arrival, with a team dedicated to help with all your oral needs. Dr. Whiteman & DA. Whitney answered all my questions, and where extremely helpful when it came to fixing my current concerns, and plans for improving my dental health for long term. Lisa explained the financials crystal clear, in a way that was very easy to understand, and also reminded me of a credit I had from previous visit. This staff has always left great impressions with myself & My family over the years.
