Had 2 extractions today and the procedure was completely painless. Charles Taylor dmd, Ms, pa did a great job and as stated it was pain free. He and his staff were nice friendly and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things and I highly recommend him and this office.

The hygienist was skilled and pleasant but could use some pointers on how to properly take a blood pressure reading. The wait was short this time, which is a good thing. The practice needs to figure out how to retain its staff. There is too much turnover.

Lisa the BA was very good. She was able to find my insurance and get me approved right away. My check out was very clear and professional. Wonderful staff. My hygienist Felix as well as my husbands hygienist, Beth were very good, thorough and friendly. Dr. Perez was great too, he went over everything and even put the importance in order to meet our finance needs as well.
I would recommend the The Dentist Place to everyone. They treat you with care, and willing to work within your budget as well.

I’ve had very painful and terrible dental experiences in the past, and the dentist place has gone above and beyond in ensuring I feel as comfortable as possible. I had to have a lot of work done over the course of a few weeks and they worked with me and made it a much less traumatic of a dental experience. I recommend everyone here now because the staff who work here are all so friendly and caring and genuinely only want the best for their patients. Shout out to Tamika who finished me out with my last appointment today and made me laugh the whole time. She’s a positive soul in the office <3

Dr. Perez and Felix are gone as well as the other staff that I saw each visit but sadly didn't know their names. No one there is familiar to me. The rates have gone up and what was supposed to be a routine cleaning turned into what seemed like a new patient exam based on the new dentist and new hygenist not knowing the patients. Instead of accepting the fact that I was in pain and I told her to proceed she still tried grilling me for my feelings when I told her twice to proceed with the X-rays then cleaning. The place no longer feels safe as a disabled patient that needs specific accommodations because instead of doing it she complained about why she couldn't and didn't try. Marilyn is not caring or professional at all. I will be looking for a new dentist that helps disabled people and doesn't surprise attack with new fees and extra services that you aren't scheduled for.

No one likes going to the dentist. With that said I've been to many But I must say this was my best experience ever.Everyone at this office knows their jobs. The one that took care of me is Stacy and others all where very professional and new there jobs. I'll be going back and I'm sure they will not let me down looking forward to the next time. I have to say this dentist deserves more than 5 stars!! I have been dealing with a bad toothache for days, couldn't find anyone to fit me in quickly. They got me in today !!. The staff and Dr's and assistants are absolutely amazing!! I have a huge fear of dentist and major anxiety, they made me feel comfortable and didnt great work. Thank you guys so much!!!

I have visited the Dentist place 3 times now in the past 2 weeks. The coolest thing about this office is the collective and individual energy of the people who work there. There is this sense of lightness and fun and yet the care is very detailed, sincere and professional. I am not usually thrilled with any kind of dental work, but my experience have been so supported by all who have been involved- Miranda, Tamika, Dr. Perez (the calmest and kindest dentist I have seen) and Beth who is a hygienist.
I also loved the front desk reception and David who wears a bow tie. How cool!
My experience has been great. Highly recommend!

The staff at this office is amazing. Friendly, courteous and very comforting. Beth was amazing and answered all my 1000000000000 questions with care, understanding and professionalism. The Dr. was awesome, listened intently to all my concerns and spent a lot of time with me and made me feel at ease. The Dr also answered 10000000 questions and at no time did he try to rush me or act like he had better things to do. If you have any doubt about which Dentist to visit, look no further, this team is awesome!!!!

We love The Dentist Place! My husband, son, daughter and I all go regularly for cleanings and any dental work. They have great reminders in place for appointments. Always talk about what your insurance covers, and what your portion will be, so no surprised as to what you owe at the end. Kind staff, clean & welcoming office. Would highly recommend.
