The staff and actual dental Care is great. What isn't great is the negligence of the billing department. My daughter was seen in April of 2016, they did not charge my insurance until MAY 2017 at which they were declined payment for failure to file in a timely manner. Contacted ME for payment and when I contacted my, now previous, insurance, they continued to refuse payment because of their billing error. It is now September and I am still receiving bills weekly from them because negligence in THEIR office. I'm sorry, I am not responsible for your mistake. I have contacted several times to stop harassing me, I will be seeking legal consult.

After a partial exam, Dr Winterman suggested a $1000 + crown and oral surgery for two troublesome teeth. Although I requested a pre-event insurance estimate, after waiting several weeks I received no response. Then I learned the oral surgeon to whom I had been referred relocated his practice to the Villages, so I returned to have Dr Swindaz extract both affected teeth. He and his assistant were very professional. Unfortunately I was asked to prepay for the first extraction and was overcharged by more than $50. It took a personal request and a letter to get them to send a refund almost two months later.

Having a child what was traumatized by pollywog dental, getting him to a new dentist was an act of Congress. Easton was shaking and sweating from the second we pulled in, we checked in and sat down in the lobby waiting on his name to be called. Small tears rolled down his face asking to leave because of his momories at his last dentist. A sweet voiced beautiful lady walks out and introduces herself to us as Tameka. She was so gentle and kind to Easton and immediately won him over. He was smiling and giggling the whole appointment. We have been back 2 more times and she has stuck with him every time knowing how his emotions were, this last time when we left he said I love my girls there. Everyone from the front desk to the doctors were amazing. I couldn’t ask for a better team to take care of our dental needs. Thank you Tameka and Dr. Swindasz for your care.
