I have been using The Dentist Place for the last couple of years and had nothing but the most caring and Professional treatment. The Dentist Place is always friendly and welcoming on each visit. I have had crowns done by their expert dentists. Their dental hygienists are thorough and gentle for my 6 month cleanings. I really have found my go-to place for all my dental needs. Thank you, LAE

New doctor.. Didn't speak to us or explain what was needed.. Not impressed.. We have been a patient here for many years.. Not sure if I will return.. On the plus side the dental hygienist was super nice and did a great job

Edit: no longer is this place a family like environment completely new staff thats very rude, very corporate, and have much higher prices. They treat you like a number. My first review still stands for the previous staff and owner that was there unfortunately sometimes all good things must come to a end.
(Original review 5 stars) I was convinced good customer service no longer exsisted and a positive experience couldn't be found in ocala. The dentist place has shown me otherwise. This place is a true time capsule in the sense that manners good demeanor and proper care exists in this place. The staff is upbeat genuinely positive not like in other places where you'd experience what has become the cliche fake high pitch pretend to care condasending tone. Starting with Lisa I called to book a appointment she was upbeat friendly very thorough covered all aspects of what to expect and what I needed, up front about prices and hands down simply a breath of fresh air. Her level of customer service is something that rarley exists anymore and needs to be implemented back into our society/community thank you Ms.Lisa outstanding. Dr.felix and Dr.perez are hands down some of the best most thorough Medical professionals I've encountered in a very long time they took the time to analyze then verbalize the data to help and correct any and all issue with teeth gums etc they're very passionate and you can quickly pick up that they love what they do and love helping people this place is a beacon of light in our community. I will be back! I will recommend!

They are not worth going to. And definitely don't go through them for Invisalign. My son has gone through 3 different doctors in less than a year and the last one doesn't seem to know what she's doing. His buttons keep falling off and we can never get an appointment to get it fixed. If I could get a refund I would go to some else.
