On 3 Feb 22 - Was informed appt.cancelled because did not text confirm and was told was late any way due to appt. for fillings are at 2pm however., the appt was set for 3pm as on the appt. card Had to close business and get child out of school for what? Never missed an appt in 5 years..this new staff attitude(s) are poor at best...looking for new dentist.

All the staff was friendly, informative and worked very well together! I had an extraction done and they kept me informed the whole time i was there. I would recommend them if you need a good dentist to go to.

Horrible horrible customer service. How do you cancel an appointment but don’t call and let the customer know it’s canceled. But yet the customer gets off it work early, gets their child from school to come to said appointment. And if the appointment was canceled WHY DID I GET TEXT MESSAGES 2 HOURS BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT REMINDING ME OF SAID APPOINTMENT??? I will NEVER go back to this office EVER! Huge inconvenience for me since I have braces and I had to go and have my wires removed before I even went to this office for my cleaning. So disappointed.

Really nice staff! My only complaint being that I went in for a cleaning and mentioned a really bad toothache. After some poking around I was told it wasn’t anything to worry about... well that was 3 days ago and I’m still barely getting any sleep because of how bad it is. Figured there might have been something they would do, the lack of action was surprising.

I am terrified of the dentist, but I knew I needed to go.. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!! Bethany and Dr. Swindasz we're exceptional!! The moment I walked in, they were friendly, caring and not afraid to laugh!! I will never go anywhere else!!!
