I’m have a severe dentist office phobia and I had my initial visit today. I cannot seem to remember the names of the two girls who first worked with me doing X-rays, but they were so friendly and patient. That really set the tone for the rest of my visit, helping to ease my nerves. I was able to get in for a cleaning after my initial exam and X-rays. Jen was my hygienist and I had a deep cleaning done. I was expecting it to be really painful, but it was actually a much much better experience then some of my regular cleaning experiences with other offices I have visited. This was by far the most painless dental visit I have ever had (in more ways than one). The girls who were working with me for payment were also fantastic. They took an enormous amount of time explaining costs, helping me figure out a plan to pay for my treatment, etc. I really can’t say enough how great this experience was!

My son is never comfortable at the dentist. But there is one dentist there that he is very comfortable with. The staff has been very accommodating and gracious considering that they've had to absorb patients from another dental office.

We would never visit this place again. First off we were not told our insurance had a waiting period for major dental work and were not given the choice to wait for my husband to get a bridge. Ended up paying $3500 for a bridge that we never got. This is because he had been with a permanent since November waiting for his bridge. He went to get the bridge and as I have read on some reviews the staff did not know what they were doing and the bridge did not fit. They have to drill and put the permanent again all this my husband in pain. Six months after and the bridge has not been done. We refused to go back and asked for refund of services not performed. I made an appointment and they said they didn't have an opening for a month so I made the apt and it was for the 15th and they call today the 12 to tell me they don't take my insurance ! I am very dissatisfied with the way they handle this ! If they don't take your insurance it shouldn't take more than a month to find out! Now I have to find another dentist ,I needed to get a crown put back on and have been in pain ,very dissapointed

I was a patient at The Dentist Place for almost two years. After my last appointment I decided I would not come back. The dentist did four bad crowns on the same tooth and I was asked to come back for them to try it the fifth time. I thought that I gave him plenty of chances and respectfully thanked and said I would be going somewhere else. I was told the manager would be calling me back as I paid up front for the services they could not provide. It’s been over two weeks now, I spoke to the front office three times, but have not been able to speak to the manager. The insurance is obviously not paying for the same crown again so I’m having to pay the full amount out of pocket somewhere else.
