Excellent care and service. New patient, received same day appointment for chipped tooth. Was treated in about an hour and I can’t even tell I had a problem. Recommend highly.

The ambiance and professionalism from the staff was expectional . The check in process was very easy . The office was clean and organized . The dental hygienist Rosa was awesome ! She is very detailed with explaining the procedure and treatment plans . She had a very welcoming personality I look forward to having her help me my dental care . I would highly recommend her .

Scheduled for a cleaning, day off appointment they took 2 hours to get xrays, pictures, and tests. No cleaning was done and they told me I needed things I didn't need that insurance didn't cover, like gum treatment. Was able to go to another dentist same week, who told me I didn't need any gum treatment.

I had the pleasure of having my dental visit at Boggy Creek dental. All the years I’ve been getting my teeth done, I’ve never had such a detailed exam! My hygienist Lissette was such a pleasure, she took her time and explained everything to me and showed me my X-rays in detail. She has such a great personality and the dentist was very nice and informative as well! I am glad I switched to them!

Past November I went for first time to BOGGY Creek Dental, and attention and treatment I received where wonderful. I stayed marveling
After the evaluation by dental hygienist Liset and consultation made for Dr. Ahmed, we make an appointment for November 22 when they will do every treatment they suggest I neded to be done. Two days before the appointed date, I had to go back to the clinic in order to paid in advance and cash, the indicated amount, that was 3962.02 $.
On November 22, being there and every thing ready for make procedures, Dr Ahmed decided it wasn't the best moment to do this procedures becouse five vaccination shots I had recived day before and then my immunologyc sistem was wicked and in this way he wasn't take the risk. So, I asked them for give my money back and then I leave that's all.
Dr Ahmed assistant, who's name I can't remember, I just can say that is a cuban lady, told me I should thinking better, she persuaded me to leave quietly and this way, she'll call me back next day to schedule new appointments .
This call back never arrived, so I called again and they told me all Drs and health staff where on Christmas vacations and the office was almost empty, just stayed reception staff.
Next Tuesday I called again and told her I want my money back becouse I don't want to make any treatment , this time again they didn't give me any answer until one hour passed when Dr Ahmed assistant , the Cuban lady, call me back and in a very despective and unkind way, telling me that if I want my money back I should wait one month, time they take to give refounds...One month.!
She treated me in a ugly way, and told me I have to wait, this is all or nothing.
What indignation.! What a bad treatment to costumers.!
Before getting my money they fill you up whit nice attention and flattering, when you lost a date they call you back 3 or 4 times to re schedule it. Oh..! When they already got your money every attention is over.
It makes one month since I ask for refound and I haven't received a call back to tell me how is my refound request going.
My money is in the air.
I'm going back to the clinic to talk in person, and now, when it has being one month, let's see what are they going to tell me. What excuse are they going to give me and how bad are they going to treat me. What a deception.! I'm feeling frustrated. What a dissatisfaction and displea

Even though my insurance didnt cover they still saw me and gave me care and all the options. They were super nice and proffesional. I wish they'd be in my insurance plan! Id make them my primary.
