I hate dentist ! I am always scared and feel like some don’t treat properly and make things worse. But this place was AMAZING ! From check in to check out. The dental assistant was great explained everything as if she was the doctor and was so knowledgeable. The doctor he took his time and found the root of my problem that I’ve been dealing with for years ! I hope they continue this bedside manner and treat all patients like this and do not lose focus on how to treat patients .

If you need service such as a teeth clean up, the hygienists at this practice are thorough and professional. When I needed to replace a crown that fell off after many years the dentist made me pay for a new crown that kept falling off because "there was not enough tooth to hold it in place". The Dr. should have known and tell me that right off. After spending all that money, I find myself having to start from zero (with a
real professional this time) for the gum to be recessed so that a new crown can be fitted. The crown that Dr. Ahmed had me paid for can not be used and it is good for nothing. I do not recommend this practice and needless to say I am not going back to them ever again.

I had a very nice experience with the dental hygienist, Michelle. I explained to her my gum sensitivity and I walked out without any pain in my gums. Doctor Fernández was very sweet and professional. Office is clean and new which made me feel safe going there during a pandemic. I hope that, in January when I start my new insurance, I get to keep them. Also, the receptionist at check out asked me how my experience was. That was a game changer. I applaud this office for doing this. I’m sure they will be very successful if they listen to how patients feel after a cleaning.

I had a great experience there. I have been to a few dentists in the past and had less then a good time. The Boggy Creek staff were some of the most helpful and considerate people I have had the pleasure to deal with. They are gentle and will make sure you have all the information. I highly suggest them to anyone looking a good dental practice.

For years I’ve hated going to the dentist. I still don’t enjoy it however this is the best experience I’ve had to date. From the front desk to the dental assistants and finally the dentist are all great. Just moved out of the neighborhood however I have no issues commuting for appointments.

I have to Rave about this dental office!
They are so awesome and efficient- I am a single mom that hasn’t had much time or funds to invest in my dental needs. Coming into this office made prioritizing my dental health a breeze. They came up with a plan my first visit that ensured I would have the smile I want. The receptionist were beyond welcoming and even took the time to entertain my 10 month old as he got antsy. I received a fill in and crown that was both painless and quick. Overall, I’m excited to work with this office and to see my new smile (Invisalign). Definitely worth a visit - professional and friendly !

I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist normally. I have to say, I felt like the dentist and the entire staff cared about my well being. They were extremely thorough in my first exam. They did not shame me for needing a fair bit of dental work. They came up with a plan and strategy to get the work done that I need. No pressure, just facts and kindness. Refreshingly great care and service.
