We love Boggy Creek Dental and have been going there since they opened 3 three years ago! Management and Back Office changed, but our favorite dental hygienist, George has remained and that is why we have stayed! George is the best hygienist I have ever met and I am 55! My and my family have received cleanings to high level dental work and we feel are dental needs are being met with a plan of action!

Though the doctors and staff at this office are very friendly and profesional when you are receiving a service, their billing department is unorganized and slow. It has taken them a over 8 months to settle a bill with the insurance company and it still is unresolved. I keep getting bills and calls from this office and after I return the call or take the initiative to call and settle the matter they “do see in the system” the many times I’ve called them to resolve this issue then apologize for the inconvenience. They can do way better on this matter! It is embarrassing and unprofessional.

Waited over a month to get my retainer trays after Invisalign treatment. No one bothered to call letting me know they arrived. I HAD TO CALL to see if they came in and asked why I was not notified of the trays arrival. They had no idea why? The front desk staff however is nice and accommodating so I can’t fault them for that but it does leave a bad taste regarding any future dental work with them.

The customer service is awful at this place I called several times to inquire on my bill and no one returned my call I also had some dental work done and I was not very happy about the outcome and the pain that I was in I left a few messages for the manager to addressed my concern and no one ever returned my call after three messages. I do not recommend the Business to anyone.
