I just got done with my appointment. I have to say Michelle the girl that cleaned my teeth was awesome. She was very thorough and explained everything as she went along. The dentist himself was very detailed The entire staff was helpful and friendly the office was clean and followed CDC guidelines. I would definitely recommend this office.

Best time I've ever had at the dentist! Everyone is super friendly, and helpful. They were on time ( I wasn't but they were cool about it) they explained everything so I could understand! I highly recommend them!

Well, I wanted to make a new patient appointment after readying the great reviews, but the receptionist showed no interest in verifying if my insurance covered or not. I appreciate the effort of the office sending flyers to let people know that their office takes new patients but it serves no purpose if the first point of contact when you call the office is not willing to do her job.

The dentist is very thorough and professional, but the administrative and clinic team is very poor with communication and following up on patient care and returning phone calls. I have been given the run around constantly with the staff not returning my phone calls and not following through with what they say they will follow through with. The service has been absolutely poor and I would not recommend this dental chain.

Dr Ahmed was very thorough he explained everything to me and also got me in the office in a timely fashion I will definitely make dr Ahmed my primary dentist……..So after my first review I had had three other appts my 5 stars has decreased to 3 although my hygienist is great I feel I am just being too over charged my insurance which I work extremely hard for has sent me disclosures where they have paid 100% of my debts cost I went in to have a tooth extracted mind I I never have had a tooth extracted involving me being sedated which I was totally against and the dentist reassured me was necessary now the cost of those extra procedures are not covered hmmm so why would I need it wisdom tooth I only have one left so I am familiar with the extraction ok the sedation quote bone graft which I never heard of is 436 not covered by insurance I go hmmm this was not the case when plan was introduced I pay with the confidence of i can be reimbursed one insurance responds ok fine procedure done my insurance sends me a claim information for treatment they covered cost at 100%. Now I get a bill today saying I owe boggy creek $47 how is this possible I think it’s a money hog and way over priced I’m not going to continue to pay for stuff I’m not understanding why …..dentist are very hard to trust pay attention to your insurance paperwork at all times and don’t just be swiping your credit card for services already paid I’ve seen where my insurance answered claims even after I missed my appt how is this possible. If I missed the appt I got to find a honest dentist who won’t take advantage of me or my insurance

Michelle is awesome from the start to the end. From her welcome smile and sunglasses she gives me, to the explanation of any extra costs that my insurance won’t cover, to the “goodies” bag she hands me on my way out, again with a smile. Very professional and awesome attention to details.

I’ve had a great experience at Boggy Creek Dental. The dentist, hygienists and staff have all be excellent. Like many, I hate having dental work done but when I needed a crown, they made sure I was calm and comfortable throughout the procedure. My kids have also had great treatment. I highly recommend this practice!

I highly recommend this dental! I been using the invisalign for about a year now and the difference in my teeth are amazing 🤩 I mention to them that I would be having a wedding soon so they let me come in to clean my teeth. Literally they made me feel like a queen. So happy !
