When I initially became a new patient, the service was excellent. After my second appointment, the issues started. I was first billed incorrectly after paying the full $3000 upfront. I was scheduled for appointments but sent home without seeing anyone. On one visit, I was scanned for a retainer after waiting for 90 minutes. A week later, I was told it was done incorrectly so I had to come in again. What’s worse, I never received my retainer or a follow-up l, even after I called three times over three weeks. I was scanned for the retainer in first week of March and it’s nearly July. It’s the worst experience I’ve had with any dentist.

The office and overall environment is excellent; beautiful, super clean and inviting.
Dr. Fernandez and his staff are very kind and professional. Both doctor and Michelle (hygienist) make you feel like you are not just another patient to them.

Today was our first day at dentist office front and back staff was so great with the customer services. Office manager Marcia was amazing .polite.great customer service .MIchelle our dental Hygienists was amazing such a sweet person we loved it.we like their honesty. We will highly recommend this place to my family and friends.will be back soon, state of the Art technology.covid precaution on point. We feel very safe.

I was very excited for a dentist opening in this location. I went there and it was nice and clean and friendly. They are waste time on their radios instead of just taking you to the room or the counter which is odd. I did invisiligh there and was unhappy with the results. I was very strict on my routine and was told to give it time and they can get back to it. Besides the initial visit for the Invisalign, I never say a doctor until the end, even though I mentioned that I was missing a bracket that was on the retainers and not on my teeth. After my treatment, I had to get a root canal, leaving me with a temporary crown, making my permanent ate retainers not fit. They said they will transfer doctors as there was a new doctor present. Never got done. When I went in for my permanent crown I asked again and still nothing. Never got a call! Next I had a crown fall out. I called needed it “re fitted” or replaced. They said they would call me back. Nothing. I called again asking to come in to get my crown looked at. I literally just wanted it to be looked at to be glued in or replaced. They put me on hold and was told they could not do that because a different doctor performed the first crown. I mentioned I got it there, they said it doesn’t matter. I then asked can I go in and get it looked at and was told they cannot, as a different doctor did it. I was very confused and asked in several ways with just being told how they can not help me even though I did the original work there and was even ok with getting a new one. I am baffled at how bad this place is for being so new. I will say I did go back knowing I was unhappy with them, but just loved the location. I was also hoping that they were just getting settled in for being new and will improve. They did not. Service is bad, communication is bad. Quality of work is ehhh. This place is a joke and do not recommend.

Personally feel that the staffing is all over the place. I have nevered experience such run around that I have been given here , for my invisalign. My dentist is a great dentist and that's why I followed him here to his new location. However, I called 5 times to the office to inquired about my next set of trays and the response was I will send a message to clinical staff , no call back. I asked for the manager to call me, again no returned call. Specifically took for me to make an appointment to speak with the manager. I am so disappointed and now have regrets in transferring from the previous location.

I went to this location last week to take my father for treatment. Its great when you walk into a place and are automatically acknowledge. The young lady up fron with the red hair was amazing. Her customer service was great along with the entire staff. Dr. Fernandez is definitely the doctor you want to see.

Steer clear from this place guys they’re straight up thieves . Bill your insurance for things they didn’t do to you so they could get more $ not just from your insurance but from YOU. Oh and they have the audacity to charge you $200 for a “missed appointment” ( I called weeks in advance to cancel.) So yea terrible place, also they never pick up the phone , have terrible customer service, and try to essentially rob you to your face.
