I arrived 15 minutes early for my 2:30 appointment. I waited 45 minutes with no type of update. Left shortly after 3pm. This is very frustrating. People plan their day according to a schedule and people's time should be valued and respected. In addition the waiting room quickly became over crowded and people had to wait outside. I hope this dentist office can improve.

I was very anxious about visiting the dentist since it had been a while but their team was absolutely amazing and extremely professional! Dr. Song and the staff is amazing and very understanding. After X-rays and exams, they recommended the right treatment for me and it was all extremely fast! I absolutely loved my experience and they eased all my anxiety throughout the entire process as best they could.

Be aware this place is a scam, they will add additional charges for services not listed on your agreement after date of service. They give you a financial agreement printout with outrages charges and the patient summary report (services match the EOB), make you pay, but when the EOB comes back and you are responsible for less they refuse to refund you and send you in a never ending loop around. The billing/account manager Anne/Annie, has no customer service skills, does not follow up not even to acknowledge that she received documents. Every conversation over the phone has led to increased charges without a resolution. Still waiting almost two months now for a refund of over $1,000.

Went for a appointment and after showing email and text message proof the incompetent lady at the desk could not find my appointment and said they couldn’t see me. Rude customer service, unprofessional at its fullest and it is shocking because up until now they had better customer service. They must have let their great customer service go and hired the bottom of the barrel to replace them.

This was my first visit to this Dentist. Every member of the staff, from reception to the Assistants and the Dentist made me feel welcomed, comfortable and cared for. They make what would generally be a reluctant visit very pleasant.
Every staff member discussed my treatment thoroughly, with respect and empathy for my situation. The office has the most modern equipment. I would HIGHLY recommend this office for your dental health and care.

I became a new patient this past Summer and have had ongoing extensive work. Dr. Patel has done wonderful work replacing old crowns, doing a bridge, etc. He has been patient, kind and very thoughtful while doing procedures. I’ve had three spinal fusions and to lie in the chair in the required position, is very painful and Dr. Patel is very considerate. I fractured a molar yesterday and when I called Kim to see if I could get in as an emergency visit, she was most helpful. Dr. Patel switched his schedule around to accommodate me to make sure my tooth didn’t fracture further and completed a temporary crown to save my tooth. Dr. Song recently did a crown for me when Dr. Patel had an appointment that was more extensive than planned and he did a wonderful job as well. Raymond is an excellent hygienist and Jonathan and Emily have been very kind while assisting. The entire staff is excellent. Having had horrible dental experiences as a child and as an adult, I have a terrible fear of dental work, but at Dr. Phillips Modern Dentistry, I no longer have anxiety about dental procedures. If you choose Dr. Song, Dr. Patel and all the staff, you won’t be disappointed.
