Great experience. Made an appt for that afternoon, but walked in due to the pain level of needing a tooth pulled. They got me back within 20 minutes of walking in and I was out an hour later with my tooth pulled. The dentist and her aids were all really pleasant and professional. Will definitely be returning to Aspen for the rest of my dental needs.

I went to them to get a crown which fell out less than 2 years later. After filing a complaint there are no results to fix the issue other than I have to pay more money for them to fix it. I never intended to go back to their office as the office manager is rude and unprofessional. My last visit I was charged extra and I questioned them about it. No one could tell me why. I spoke to her and she got into a yelling match with me calling me ignorant for them not being able to answer the question. I filed a complaint and that is when I spoke to a customer service rep who stated they charge a percentage for the next visit. My tooth came out in Dec. I spoke to other dentist who recommended me going back to them to fix it. The office manager said it could have fallen out due “no dental care” so it’s my fault a crown which should have lasted 10 years fell off in less than 2. The regional manager said she is the final say on all complaints and I’d have to pay for them to fix it. I paid $4000 dollars cash for this one tooth and the result of half done dental work will not be repaired unless I spend more money. I have an appt at a local dentist office and will pursue legal action. DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL FOR CARE. They may be nice but that’s only until something happens from their work and then they do not care about the customer or patient. Just a warning.

I went there 3 times. Each time I was over charged. They charged me $30 for a cancer screening they never performed. Then after calling multiple times to confirm they checked with my insurance that my cleaning was covered and being reassured it was, it wasn't. My third time going I confirmed again that my insurance would be covering part of the cost of my cleaning and explained what happened to me the previous visit and yet again was reassured my insurance will cover it, I take time off work, drive over an hour to their office and was told I had to pay in full $162 because my insurance won't cover my cleaning. The office manager is argumentative with zero customer service skills, no Peace of Mind promise like they advertise. And get this, the reason my insurance didn't cover my cleaning is because Aspen Dental never submitted my claim!!! All ky insurance asked for was my prior cleaning history! Negligent billing practices that i believe are in bad faith considering i called for months asking about my claim and not one manager or customer service member will return my call to discuss why my claim was Never submitted. Never once met with an actual Dentist at any of my 3 visits either. Do Not Recommend

I was amazed at each and everyone that I interacted with and it was a pleasant visit. I loved my experience and was amazed. I dread going to the dentist and they helped to make it a great experience with no pain. Now if they could make silent drills it would be even better. Hope my experience continues to be great.

The lady up front was nice. But the Indian lady dentist was very rude to my husband. We will not be back to this business. If I could I would give this place a -5 star. It's not worth the stress

They don't accept walk ins even though the big sign by the door says walk ins welcome. They tell you when you schedule an appointment that they do same day denture repairs but THEY DO NOT. Then they charge $2400 for a cleaning AFTER the insurance. Our insurance covers HALF of all major procedures. My husband was told he had periodontal disease. Even with descaling every other office charges $1000 max so why is Aspin charging 5times that? This place is a rip off

Aspen Dental is a dental chop shop. Do not trust this place. My partner and I had a 1.5 hour consultation at the Waycross office only to be told at the end of it they stopped taking our insurance in December. Called the insurance company who stated next closest location was Hinesville. Waycross said they can use all our results at the other office. Called Hinesville and they said they could but if we wanted a cleaning we would have to wait until end of March as they only have 1 hygentist (so does Waycross location). Made appts for March 23rd in the afternoon. Today, March 14th we get a text saying our appts are at 7:30 am. We call to confirm our afternoon appts only to be told they are closing early that day so we have to come in the morning. Ok, they go on to say we can't get a cleaning because the hygienist has to do her consult. I ask to speak to the office manager as we already had this done at the Waycross location. She gets on to say yes we have those results but you need a deep scaling etc that will cost us $300+ each out of pocket! Waycross location never said that and we both actually had really good numbers at our original appt. They tried to get over $600 from us for nothing and were very rude and so unprofessional. These dental offices need to be investigatated.

I recommend everyone go to Aspen Dental. Staff was very professional, caring and thorough. Consultant held my interests to heart…I was considered, cared for and informed. Superb establishment.
