Very nice people they seem competent and completely professional. the place was spotless clean. I waited 45 minutes to be seen so what should have been a one hour appointment I was there for 2 and a 1/2 hours, everyone was nice, but really? There was a bit of a hard sell for me to agree to services that are necessary but not urgent, be prepared to speak up about what you do want and not let them take you down the garden path scheduling services you may not be able to pay for.

The hygienist was very nice, the office staff were polite.
First appointment: went smoothly. Got my xrays done, scheduled an appointment to get the 2 extractions I needed taken care of.
Second appointment: got my cleaning done. Was told I would have to reschedule for my extractions because the dentist had written in my chart that they specifically wanted to do my extractions, which meant no other dentist was allowed to do it? I still don't understand this. Why could the dentist on staff not perform the extraction? Why was I not scheduled for a day when my dentist was available?
Third appointment: I was told shortly after signing in that there would be a "10-15 minute wait." I waited an hour. Unfortunately, since the extractions would take over an hour and a half to do, and I have an infant at home who needs to nurse so I can't be gone very long, I had to leave. Had my money refunded. Won't be going back.

My first visit was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They explained everything to me so I knew what I was choosing and asking for. I intend on coming to them for any farther dental work that I need done. Thanks Aspen Dental!

I always love Aspen Dental. They are super affordable and they work with you on treatment. My hygienist Taylor, RDH was super amazing and just a breath of fresh air!

Would post no stars if I could! I called this office and made sure ahead of time that our insurance would be accepted. They told me that it was accepted with no problem. Upon arriving at the office the desk lady tried to tell my husband that he had been a patient before which was a lie. Then they took all his information/ paperwork and insurance card and proceeded to take him to the back to do the work needed. After the procedure they brought him up front just to inform us that the insurance was not accepted there and we would need to pay out of pocket $268! After complaining to the manager of their poor communication they only took off $50 resulting in us paying $218 out of pocket for their mistake!!! They do not inform you if your insurance is acceptable from the start before any work is done! We will NOT be returning to this office. Bad communication and bad service. No Thanks Aspen!

I had been to Starbucks for coffee and when I was about to leave it started raining. I'm traveling by bicycle so I went to the sporting goods store next door to see if they had a rain suit I could afford so I wouldn't get wet. I got back to my bicycle and he had already called the police... Why can't this world have even ONE ounce of compassion, that you have to send a person out into the rain? I would never use your services and I would never recommend you because your all about greed. You may look good on the outside, but you are as black as charcoal on the inside. May God forgive your uncompassionate heart.

I'm a little confused about the quality of service I will receive in the future when Aspen Dental can't even get their records about appointments correct. I recently had an appointment at 11:30 AM & showed up, on time filled out the required papers then the next several steps of the examination process all the way to checkout.

I arrive home a couple hours later and check my email and there's an email from Aspen Dental the first line of the email says, " We're sorry you couldn't make your appointment. Luckily, we offer flexible appointment times, so rescheduling is easy! "

If they can be this forgetful about a person checking in, then how forgetful could they get when working on your teeth. Whoops!!! My bag I drilled the wrong tooth.

Went in for a visit and at first all of the assistants were very nice. Then I met the Dentist. All he was after was the money. I know that I need all of my wisdom teeth pulled but with this visit I made it very clear to everyone what tooth/teeth I was in there for. He didn't want to hear about it. When I asked him about it he said I had an attitude problem. That I needed to calm down. I was actually very calm. I asked him again and he said that I was going to get dismissed if I didn't calm down. I was like but this is the tooth I'm I'm here for? He just blew up, started throwing his hands in the air and said dismiss this patient dismiss it! Like he didn't want anything to do with just the little work because he saw bigger money in other work in what else needed done in my mouth. So I just left. I couldn't believe what happened! I've never ever been so disappointed or disrespected in an office. The lady in the room with him just stood there, with her mouth wide open. Walked to the front with me and offered to have me talk to the office manager. I asked her what is she going to do about the Dentist? She just shrugged her shoulders. So if you go there, don't ask any questions at all. If they find other more expensive things wrong expect that work to get done instead and don't question it. You'll get thrown out!
