Prices are at an exponential rate. Service was good. I kept having problems with my lower partials and they never were fixed so to get another new set would cost me $745.00, DON"T THINK SO, considering they already got $4000 from me! I do not recommend and I will be going to another dentist to get my partial

Firstly, be careful with the sales lady, Kinda. After I got checked, we talked about the financing of what I needed done. I mentioned I couldn't do it now and she said I might be eligible for credit. She told me she was only checking if I was ELIGIBLE. I even specifically asked her, "what you're doing right now won't open up a line of credit, right?" and she sort of laughed and said, "no, you'd receive something in the mail and have to contact them first to do that." My boyfriend was witness and we're both in disbelief. Either she's misinformed or that was a STRAIGHT UP LIE. If she's been doing this for a while, it was a lie probably to look good or receive some sort of work compensation by having opened up a line of credit.
I did receive something in the mail and disregarded it, even though the wording did say "you're approved," I didn't think it meant it had been created, when suddenly I received notice from my creditkarma that I had an account opened for dental work.
I asked this for a REASON; How did she know I wasn't trying to buy a house or anything else where opened accounts could have messed me up? I know sales people are always sneaky, but I didn't take something like this for straight up liars. Management should investigate credit lines opened by her and see how many of them have never even been used, wouldn't be surprised if she lies to people like that regularly.
secondly, I get that going to work sucks, dealing with customers suck-- I empathize, I really do. But for some reason, the people here feel like they hate doing their jobs and hate that you're there. Maybe it's because I took advantage of the offer where they had a screening and check up at no cost for new patients, so I suppose this made them feel like it wasn't worth keeping my business so they didn't have to focus on customer service skills, or simply being nice.
Conclusion: If you care about going to a dentist that cares, whose staff shows customer service ability and most importantly, a dentist you can trust with your money, go elsewhere.

The Hinesville Aspen Dental needs better front desk staff and dentist. The front desk receptionist does not have great customer service and is very argumentative. I am really disappointed at the people skills displayed by both the front desk receptionist and dentist, Dr. Sundin, who always approached me as a number instead of an actual person. I did not feel comfortable asking her questions because she always made me feel less than as if she is a know it all, instead of just listening and providing a positive environment. When Dr. Sundin walked in, she provided me with a hand shake and just said hello Im Dr. Sundin, with no smile or enthusiasm about providing services to me, she never once asked me how I was doing as Dr. Schmitz would at the Habersham dental office in Savannah, Ga. I miss that place because I always felt welcomed and at home. My main issue is with the front desk receptionist who is an older lady, who sits at the front and is very rude. I called to have my crown appointment changed to the Savannah office and the first thing she says is "they don't have any appointment" my reply to her is did you check or even provide me with dates to choose from, so you mean to tell me there booked for the whole year. Her reply was no but there booked for the day your getting a root canal, my reply was, can you provide me as the customer with other dates, her reply was, I have people in front of me and I can't check right now. My last reply was ma'am, all I wanted was good customer service, not a rude lady to rush me off the phone and by the way, she took my number and never called me back. I have decided to pull my business and visit another dentist in-network even if I have to travel. I am canceling my root canal, crown, son, daughter and my 6 month teeth cleaning. I hope Aspen Dental can investigate the experience I had because I will NEVER refer anyone in Hinesville to Aspen Dental, I have negative things to say and I will advise people to stay away from this place.

I recently visited the Aspen Dental office on W Oglethorpe Hwy and had a great experience. The office staff were courteous and friendly, my procedure was on time, and the doctor was professional and easy to talk to. I recommend this office if you are looking for a good dentist.

First time to visit. I did find staff was nice, everything was clearly explained and all questions answered.
However, my dental insurance doesn't cover most dental work. We all know that insurance does NOT pay full price quoted. It pays a contracted price. So why is the office not willing to work out a price for those paying cash???? At least the office doesn't have to mess w/paperwork or waiting weeks to get paid. If insurance only pays $50-100 for a filling, why ask a cash patient to pay $175?????????????
I will have to wait several weeks, at least, to pay for the 2 small fillings I need because of this. In the meantime, how much worse will they get?? Doesn't make sense to me.....

I received a treatment for the use of a 135.00 toothbrush and 30.00 toothpaste. When I asked for the charge to be refunded, I was greeted hostily and told "we don't give cash". Her behavior caught me off guard but I did tell her I didn't ask for cash, I wanted to make sure the charges were reversed.
Will not be returning for future visits.
Not my first chose, changed insurance company and my previous dentist not a provider.

Since you keep emailing me asking for a review here you go.
I brought my son in because he was having pain in a tooth.. I paid to have the x-rays done ($200) which afterwards they presented services they recommended that was over $3400. They also were going to outsource to another dentist for a root canal which would be additional charges. One of the charges on their quote was for an electric toothbrush which lead me to believe there were a bunch of other charges listed that were unnecessary.
Needless to say I'll be able to fly him to his family in China, get the work done and still save an estimated $2500-$3000. Granted I don't have insurance but he does in China. Even if I had insurance there still would be a small savings flying him to the other side of the planet to have the work done.
