This was my first visit to the dental office and seeing a dentist for over 5 years. My experience at this clinic was great and the staff was friendly. Thanks for taking care of me. My smile appreciates it.

Dr. Sundin is the G.O.A.T.!!!
I was not about to walk out of there with messed up temps, especially if it's in the front of my mouth. She came in and did the damn thing!
I loved my dental hygienist today and Mary (dental assistant?) who helped me out when I first got there. They are all super sweet with amazing personalities! They deserve a raise! If they ever leave, I'm following them lol!

The prices are waaay to high. My daughter was told she had to pay 3 thousand dollars to get her tooth pulled and a cleaning. We went to another dentist and paid $200
What a rip off. They tried to sell her an Aspen dental percentage off thing something crazy

Honestly I would give zero stars if I could.
I went in for a cleaning, and had an exam done. During this exam they checked for periodontal disease, the girl called out really high numbers like a lot of 6s and basically told me that I had moderate periodontists, which shocked me because I don’t have issues. She said my bone was receding and that I would need heavy root and scaling done. So the dentist came in to look at my mouth and told me that my bone was exactly where it should be for someone my age, and everything looked good and I could just get a cleaning. So i brought up what the hygienist said and he instant said oh yeah yeah we for sure should do that. Like which is it, I need an extensive deep clean or a normal cleaning ?
I reluctantly scheduled an appointment for the treatment because I thought I needed it and paid a deposit, after having them try to pitch a 200 tooth brush at me.
I was feeling really uneasy and decided to get another opinion. The dentist said umm you have very healthy looking gums and when they proved my gums they didn’t call a single number over a 2. I do not have severe gum disease. He said not by a long shot. He also said had I actually went and had that deep cleaning it could have really messed up my teeth because I don’t need it.
arguing for my deposit back also was a complete pain and took multiple phone calls to get them to refund it.
I would never recommend Aspen, I honestly feel like it’s just completely sales based and they just wanted the money for a treatment I did not need done.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Aspen Dental. My hygienist explained everything she was doing, had a gentle hand and was very professional. The doctor was quick but thorough. I will definitely be back.

Had a 3:30pm appointment, but I didn't get called back until 4:05pm. When I sat in dental chair, the service itself was excellent.

Amazing Staff! Clean friendly and understanding on all matters. Very thorough about what needs to be done how much it will cost everything! Helped me as soon as I called with my cracked molar and directed the way even with no dental insurance at all! Love this place hate that I’m leaving and being able to experience them more! I didn’t feel ANY pain from the deep cleaning I was so scared of to the root canal! Not a pain or anything. Dr. Saundin is IMMACULATE & knows exactly what to do and how to do it and so tender and so quick with all procedures even if she has to keep stopping to numb you just to make sure you’re comfortable at all cost! Love this place!

Every single person I dealt with was pleasant and comforting and very efficient. They clearly know their jobs well and seem to enjoy their work, which is a rare thing.

If you need easy or routine only services, they are okay. If you have a tooth emergency, this is NOT the place for you at all! Go somewhere else. The office manager and scheduling staff will tell you to go to the emergency room, knowing that an er will only tell you to see a dentist unless it is a traumatic extraction. So have a swollen mouth, or severe pain, or anything that needs to be seen right away, their excuse is, "we're fully booked and confirmed, but we can see you next week". I mean really?! It's an emergency. You'll hear on repeat, "if you're in pain or a broken denture, we will do our best to see you right away" on repeat while you're on hold. That's a joke! Next week isn't "right away" whatsoever! Oh, by the way, you'll spend more time on hold than what reasonable! I've been on hold for 40 minutes and counting as I write!! This is just horrible service. It isn't even for me, but I just cannot believe this. Make sure you don't anticipate anything out of the ordinary with dental work, because you aren't important to this company if you do.
UPDATE: I called the number they asked me to, Aspen customer service. They said the the same thing, offered me the same appointment date, and said if he's having an emergency, he needs to go to the ER. Same line, different person. They DO NOT treat dental emergencies, regardless of what they are. They only treat routine appointments. Don't waste your time just because they are a large company. Find somewhere else that values their patients and finds ways to treat unexpected dental emergencies. Aspen dental does have it on repeat that they do treat emergencies, but don't be fooled. They DON'T.
