About a month ago, I called in for me and my boyfriend to have a routine cleaning. I gave them all of my info and his. My appointment went smoothly and the dental assistant was great, however my boyfriend’s experience was horrendous. They told me that he could be scheduled 30 mins after me. I give them his phone number to confirm with him. They never followed up. Three days prior I call and ask if they scheduled him at that time and they said they did not. He called to schedule an appt himself after that. The second time he went in they said they messed up his appt date and time. He understood and left. This morning, he walked in and they said he never confirmed. They never sent him a text! The woman showed him the number they had on file and it was some random number he had never seen before. Keep in mind I directly sent his phone number to them. The Dental staff is great! The front desk staff, completely disorganized!

My son hurt his mouth in a game, and we needed a dentist to quickly assess the damage. They were so accommodating and got him the very next day (even though he wasn't a current patient). They were easy to work with and very pleasant. We appreciate all their help!

It was at first a few hiccups, but the Manager stepped up and I'm happy I went to them, now they do great work. I will come back for my dental needs and recommend them for sure. The Dental hygienist is very nice, and also tbe Dentist..all of them that worked on my case.

I WILL NOT be returning to this facility!!! I had a appointment scheduled for 4:00 PM!!!!! I received a call asking could I come earlier. I said no I would not be able to come until my scheduled time. Which is 4:00 PM. I ended up arriving TEN MINUTES earlier. This is what confused me and I overheard the hygienist ask one of the ladies in the front could anyone come earlier!!! The hygienist tells me she has two mouths to clean. And hands me a remote to watch TV while she cleans another ladies mouth who arrived AFTER ME. Saying im going to hand you this
and I will try to move as fast as I can. This is all types of UNPROFESSIONAL. Im a new mother!!!!! And I do NOT APPRECIATE wasting my time!!!!!! If it was a problem. Say we need to reschedule you!!!!! Due to WHATEVER the excuse is!!!!!!!!

As far as I am concerned, this is not only my family’s dental practice, this dental practice is my extended family. I love them so much, that I hate to leave even after my services are complete..It is a one stop shop for any dental need that you may have. From my first call to schedule an appointment to attending my many visits..everyone has always displayed consistent genuine care, compassion, quality, knowledge and more!!! The girls at the front desk are always so pleasant and customer service oriented..Lisa (amazing woman 🥰)and Shepard always ensures my insurance/billing is taken care of. My favorite hygienist is Carrie I think is her name, she always takes such good care of me and makes sure I comfortable. She even threw a blanket over me because I was cold!! The orthodontia specialist is amazing as well! Very knowledgeable, and her laugh is contagious!! And finally DR P. the owner/dentist is not only is passionate & about dentistry, but her practice, and her patients as well. My first visit, after I rcvd an amazing cleaning, I discussed my desires..She created a detailed treatment plan, Shepherd discussed the financials, and we began working on it the following week. Even though I still have a few visits left, it is because of this office, I am now able to do something that I haven’t been able to do in 10 years without holding my head down or covering my mouth....SMILE! My entire life has changed, and I am more confident than ever to FacTime and talk directly to others!!! The entire process has been painless & one to remember! Big thanks to Dr. P and her wonderful staff!!

Could not asked for a better dentist and the staff. Day had more concern for the patient then anything else. They talk things over with you to see what would be best for you. The whole staff was absolutely wonderful. I hope I Never have to change to another dentist. I truly truly fell in Love with this dentist office. I would be very happy to tell everybody about the service and the hospitality that I got today at my visit. Thank you thank you so much for being there for people like me.

Normally, going to the dentist for a cleaning is at the bottom of my list of "wants" and middle of my list of "necessities". After today it's at the top of my priority list thanks to Pam at Grateful dental. Not only is she a spot on professional and works in a timely fashion but she is so knowledgeable that you definitely will start rethinking the prodigious importance of oral hygiene not just for our teeth and gums but for our overall wellbeing.
