Haven't been to a dentist in 13 years! I am so glad that I found them. Everyone is terrific at their job. Nicki explained everything to me like a mentor and calmed my nerves. Place is spotless. My experience with Grateful Dental has been nothing but Great! I have had my teeth cleaned their multiple times. I also have had two root Canal procedures with crowns, one extraction and quite a few cavities filled. Nothing to say but great things about the staff and the dentist Dr. Leia I am very grateful for Grateful Dental... Thank you!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Sheppard today about my root canal pain. He was so pleasant and patience with me. He took the time to explain what he had available and how he would be able to work me into / onto the schedule. Shortly afterwards my Endodontist contacted me with an earlier appt (the same day as Grateful Dental). I immediately contacted Sheppard back to cancel and to say "Thank You for everything". He still made sure that I was seeing the correct dentist for the work that needed to be done. That is truly remarkable customer service. I had an intense tooth pain and wasn't really helped at another dentist office but Dr. Shephard was very sweet and they cared about what i wanted. When i said it hurt really bad and i wanted it removed they told me that they could remove it same day. They helped make sure that i could pay them same day and made sure that i felt zero pain before removing the tooth. There are plenty of dentists closer to me but i would rather make the drive to visit these sweet people.

Love the staff!!! Super friendly, informative and patient. They know you by your name when you walk in the door and provide detailed information about your insurance, etc... I was super nervous about going to a new dentist office but they make you feel like family. I am now in my 4th month of braces and I couldn’t be happier with my results so far. I absolutely recommend this dentist office!!!
