This is the first time I’ve done this/ I’m older and don’t have a computer- so anyway I felt this was important enough to have someone help get me to this point. Bottom line is you won’t find a better place!! You will never find 2 people who care more than Doc,Shepard, Lisa and staff!! Doc and Shepard don’t do this for the money- they have made a bunch off of me and my issues- but Doc almost ( literally) cries when she has bad news and when I’m in pain! They bend over backwards to help- Shepard even took me home after a root canal ( I was sedated) and didn’t have a ride home- he took me home so I could have it done and get out of pain!!! These are things you don’t soon forget!! I’ve been with them (I think) for 12 years, the office used to be half the size it is now-and you still get Docs undivided attention!! There is a reason they are growing- I CANNOT recommend them enough!! I consider them friends!!

Love this place! They have T.V.'s in the ceiling so you watch your show while they work!! What more can I say other than Dr. Pocaro and company care the most about you dental needs and well being. They feel more like friends I haven't seen for years, or every 6 months.

The entire environment is very welcoming, from the moment you walk in until you leave. While the procedure was in process I felt no pain and I was extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend Grateful Dental to anyone who needs dental work of all types.

I have been coming to see Dr. Porcaro for almost a decade. I’m so grateful to have found her - I have always been afraid of dentists but Dr. Porcaro makes me feel comfortable and cared for. She’s always kind and gentle, and makes me feel at ease. Her husband (who helps out at her practice) is also wonderful. I’m so fortunate to have found Dr. Porcaro and her staff. I highly recommend them!

Not a pleasant experience at all!!!!!! In response to your reply, how was the experience mutual. I did nothing wrong lol. Also I have great rapport with several dentists and this visit was by far the worst. How about we work on professionalism instead of thinking of insults to people's feedback!!!

I would not recommend this office to anyone. RUN. After waiting over 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, I had the most traumatic dental experience and received extremely poor customer service. Additionally, the environment was extremely unprofessional, as I could hear the male employee (assuming he is the office manager?) discussing patients’ personal billing/ health information loudly in the hallways and from his office. I was told to pursue a procedure, and when it caused pain in my tooth, I was told that I would have to get an additional procedure (which some staff said that they did not perform at this office).When I expressed frustration with this I received harsh and unprofessional backlash from the entire staff (aside from one woman at the front desk) including being kicked out of the office in the midst of expressing my concerns and requesting my records/x-rays be given to me as promised. After getting a second opinion from my new dentist, I received treatment for a crown with ZERO pain. It turns out I did not need a root canal. Overall I left Grateful Dental feeling hurt, disappointed, mistreated, and frustrated.
