Excellent!!!!! I have had excellent dental treatment and care. The orthodontic treat was my best experience ever after using a different facility previously - Lucy is the best! The doctors are awesome and customer service is excellent. The dental technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and quickly put you at ease. They explain your procedure and answer your questions. I would recommend this facility any day. Great job Grateful Dental!!!

Best dental experience ever! I highly recommend this place. This will be where I go for now on. Every staff member I met was extremely nice, professional and fun! Special shout out to Nikki. I was a nervous wreck. She had me laughing the entire time... Explained everything she was doing, no pain, no stress...I absolutely dread going to the dentist because they scare me to death. Not anymore, these folks are great!! All of them!!

Omg where do I start. They are so patient with me and I love that they were able to fit me in last minute because of a toothache. Lucy is the absolute best. I would recommend this place everyone. I drive 40 miles and pass up several offices to come here. I love it and you will too

My worst fear in the world is the dentist and when I say these people here at grateful dental have made me feel so comfortable after 35 years of being on this Earth I'm ready to get my mouth back in order. The staff is so pleasant Doctor p is awesome and they work with me with my insurance. Thank you Doctor Shepherd. I'd recommend any and everyone children and adults to grateful dental. The staff at Grateful Dental are truly amazing! From the time you call to when you walk in for the first time. The reception staff are warm and welcoming and all the staff are knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions about what I needed, what fit my budget and scheduling the follow-up procedure the next day. I believe the young lady's name is Whitney, she took time to explain the expense estimate and break down so I understood what was best and what my insurance covers. Terra took my xrays and even helped me understand which tooth was causing my problems but assured me there was a solution that didn't include extraction. Dr. Alex was also very honest about saving teeth instead of pulling a tooth completely. I thoroughly enjoyed my new patient visit with the Grateful Dental office and staff.

As an ortho transfer patient for only few months. I can say that the staff is different from most places. They’re friendly, efficient, professional and it makes each visit pleasant. The back of the house staff is just as great as the front desk. My ortho care was great. The orthodontist is honest, patient and kind. The dental hygienist (I can’t remember her name) is great! SO personable and genuine.

I have been a patient of Dr. Porcaro for years and trust her to give me her best assessment and I know my dental history has been rocky but I feel like for once in my life I have control of this severe stressor in my life and I'm grateful :) for that!!
Faye was my dental guardian for today and I highly recommend here expertise as she seems to have so much great advice for helping me keep healthy! Super to have her ease me into my tooth pains and O' the best "xtray taking" experience Id have given all the xtrays photos we took.
