When I got there, there was a mixup at reception; I had a different time than they did. However, they got me in quickly at my time anyway.
The hygienist was friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I had a lot of buildup and staining on a few teeth, and she got rid of all of it while making sure I wasn’t in pain or uncomfortable.
The dentist was very friendly and got her job done quick as well. No complaints about any part of this appointment. Would recommend.

Although my replacement veneers look good and staff were friendly and professional months after I have severe tooth sensitivity . Something isn’t right ? I will follow up with the office . Curious about waiver signed prior with responsibility but I hope it’s something the Dr. can fix ???

I love this office. The staff are so wonderful throughout the entire visit. Dr. Porcaro is so patient. My anxiety is the worst at the dentist office, and she never seem to amaze me with me with her caring and nurturing personality toward my "crybaby" attitude. I use to travel 45 minutes just to get to this location because it could never get any better than this when it comes to customer service and effective treatments.

I am grateful for Grateful Dental! Every time I have needed to get in for a last-minute cleaning or an issue I am experiencing, they accommodate me. The doctors are on time and quick to resolve the problems without writing up an extended plan and then requiring multiple visits. A crown in 1 day! We just moved here from Ohio, and we have been searching for a dentist. We heard about Grateful Dental on the radio, so we decided to give it a try. They were able to get my husband in right away for a painful tooth. Along with my two older kids for a cleaning. Everyone was so nice! They walked us through everything that was being done. Gave my children tips on how to keep their teeth clean and healthy. We really appreciate finding a place that truly cares out the health of your teeth. We highly recommend them to anyone looking.

From the moment of arrival, I was welcomed by pleasant front desk staff. Filled out paperwork online which sped up the admin process and got me to the hygienist quickly. I know my teeth were in bad shape as I have not been to a dentist in 10 years! But she never once showed or even made me feel embarrassed about the condition of my teeth. She took her time and kept asking me about my comfort as she cleaned my teeth. Did an amazing job and I am happy to make this my new dentist. All of the equipment they are using is top notch and even an upside down tv to watch while your teeth are getting clean. Very clean office settings and the main Dentist took her time to evaluate me and give me a plan to shoot for to get my smile back. Looking forward to gaining my confidence back.
