I came in for a cleaning ,exam and x rays and was so satisfied with the service. Maryham cleaned my teeth and took x rays. She is the best and was extremely thorough! She took detailed X rays that when Dr. Percaro came in to give me my exam she told me about various concerns that other dentists missed. So thank you for your professionalism and the time you both took with me. Everyone in the office is very friendly. I highly recommend this dentist ,you will not be disappointed!

Very disappointed! Unfortunately I was there on Saturday to extract a teeth and the dentist there does have professionalism. Him trying to take care with 4/5 patients at same time end then him broke same bones in my month. I was back there Dr Lea said everything ok but that’s not true. I still have pieces of bones come out after 3 months. NOT RECOMMEND

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Which means I altered my work schedule to have the time off. I show up on time for my appointment just to be told they scheduled someone else at the appointment time I was given. First and last impression- terrible customer service and organizational skills.

At first I thought the reviews were bogus because they were ALL GREAT!!! But the reviews are accurate. The staff is AMAZING!!!! Linda and Dr. P are wonderful. I have an extreme fear of the Dentist but they explained everything in detail, provided options and the best dental care plan. Finally I found a Dentist that I feel comfortable with. It's worth the drive!!!! If you are on the fence don't be and go see them. You won't be sorry! And they are opened every other Saturday. What a blessing😇

Its was bad my teeth,so they pulled out.

Dr. Leia Porcaro is literally theee best hands down!!
I have had a pretty nice amount of work done on my teeth these past 25 yrs. With different dentists in different cities. I know first hand that some dentists can be a pain, and not care about their patients at all.
The level of care this office provides is like no other, and I'm talking about the whole staff! They treat you like family, and pay special attention to the patients needs. (even offered a blanket, I was nervous and shivering lol). I usually dread the numbing part in the beginning of every dental procedure, but with her technique I did not feel a thing. This go around I needed several root canals, crowns and an implant. Yuck! I know (teeth are very thin) .. but I can honestly say I have full confidence in them. I am always happy to come to this dental office, I know whatever is to come it will be with ease!!..This office is actually very far from where I live, but I am glad I found them.. I def would recommend!!

My first visit to Grateful Dental was completely satisfactory. The staff was friendly and professional explaining what was about to happen at each step. I am of course familiar with the process of having my teeth cleaned but it was reassuring nonetheless and imagine that is the purpose, to put patients at ease.

There are no words I can say about this staff except... JOB WELL DONE! Amazing!! I referred my friend who had major pain and thought he may need to have a tooth extracted. Turns out the issue was much deeper! Dr. Picarro and the Grateful dental staff didn't waste time with getting him in fast! She did an amazing job with taking care of his teeth and reducing the pain in the process! This took a while however, the staff remained calm, cool and friendly with him the entire time. He’s now continuing care with grateful dental on the cosmetic side!! He was extremely Impressed with their professionalism and ability to treat patients with respect! Thank you all again!!

Went in for a teeth cleaning found out I needed some teeth extracted. They did the work in 2 different visits, they were professional, proficient and patient with my needs. They were very informative with my dental records and never tried to sell you something you didn't need. I'm very happy with the treatment I received and will be back for the rest of my dental care. Thanks to Dr. Porcaro, Brandee, Sheppard and rest of staff. Keep up the great work.
