Aspen has always been very good to me. The people are very kind, and they are usually very close on time.
I'm not crazy about my teeth. I hope my new teeth are better. These do not even line up to bite. I usually take them out to eat, and it is really frustrating.
They are very expensive, so I hope that my new teeth are better.

Never have been a huge fan but my son had an emergency over holiday weekend so off we went. They wanted to do more than we asked and charge alot more than necessary and when I said no they pretty much stopped helping. I asked for pain meds they said no, I asked for a sooner appointment anywhere and they said no. So our emergency visit now has to wait 3 weeks....um NO. I will be going elsewhere and I got pain meds for the poor kid elsewhere thanks for nothing

Was well pleased with most of the service.My appointment for extractions left a little to be desired.My appointment was for 3:00 pm and I arrived at 2:50 pm and signed the register,I waited till 3:30 and went back to the counter and told them I had been waiting.For some reason they had never looked at the register and called my home phone to tell me I had missed my appointment ? The next morning I had a email telling me I missed my appointment and to reschedule. I finally got in at 3:30 and had my extractions which went very well.

The staff there are wonderful and dr.v is amazing she made my smile fantastic! She told me the steps to what I will be going thru for the braces I had.. and now my teeth are super straight! And let me tell you my teeth was very very crowed. Aspen is wonderful!

Great customer service, friendly and helpful staff, they kept apologizing for dentist not seeing me yet but I was a half hour early. The dentist made it to see me before my appointment time. All staff members seemed to know their jobs and worked well with each other.

Every was very kind, gentle and friendly. Nixed getting more work because dentist ignored my serious silicone allergy. She should know that dentures are made with silicone & that hyperallergenic means free of eggs, wheat, corn, nuts & dairy. Sometimes soy, never silicone! Dangerous.

If you like a pushy dentist who likes to drain your wallet than Aspen is where you should go!!!! Let me tell you what I have just went through!!!!!
So I went in for them to look at my teeth. Just that alone with no insurance cost me around $125. They do X-rays and then measure my gums and I get 2,3,4 numbers. It hurt so bad when shes did it and told me to swollow the blood when I was done....gross! The dental hygienist about shoves a toothbrush,toothpaste, and mouthwash offer down my throat that I said NO to and didn't think she was gonna take no for an answer. She made me feel like my teeth are about to rot out of my skull and I need a two step cleaning right away because I measured 4s! Dentist comes in after saying I have gingivitis and just need a cleaning, No cavities. So i go to the office area to talk about the next steps. I am told for the two step cleaning its around 500 bucks. I cant make an appointment unless I put down 200 down. I go ahead and put 200 down to make the appointment...which is insane you have to put money down to make an appointment....I am so frustrated the next day I call a local dentist known for honesty in the area that was recommended to me after Aspen. That office told me for them to look at my teeth with no insurance....48 bucks. And they said with my numbers 2,3,4.....I would prob just need a normal cleaning that's only one office visit. They said they highly recommend I get a second opinion. Pretty much ASPEN is a total rip off. So back into ASPEN I go. I tell the office worker I called another dentist and I want a second opinion. I would like to cancel my appointment. Her WHOLE face changes. She is not the overly nice person I had spoke to days before. She gets on the computer and says its cancelled and almost acts like she is trying to ignore me. I say WAITTTTT...i PAID 200 bucks for that. Don't I get that back. She is like oh well I am gonna have to submit a request for that and it will take 7-10 business days for it to show on your bank statement. So if I wouldn't have said anything would you have not submitted a request? I then ask for X-rays and the numbers I was given for the gums. She gives me the Xrays but starts giving me excuses for the gum readings. If they even had them?!?!?! I get my x-ray readings and she hands them over and turns around and ignores me....like ok...bye I think?!?!? so RUDE! I wanted to look at the people in the waiting room and whisper...run! This place is a joke! We shall see if I get my money back. If I don't they will see me right back there NOT HAPPY. Trust me. Don't go here. Just go to a local dentist in your area. Aspen will try and suck you for all the money they can get. I honestly don't think they even care about the people they are serving! At least get a second opinion before scheduling an appointment. and from the other reviews I'm sure Aspen will comment some mediocre comment on here and about my refund which from what I am seeing...I prob won't get back. Which angers me because that money could easily be used for formula and diapers for my infant!
Update: just got back from a local dentist and WOW. first off I did get my refund in about a week of waiting. I went to this other dentist and the xrays Aspen gave me they said we're very poor quality. also said it's my right to have those gum readings. they redid my gum readings and I didn't get anything over a 3 when Aspen said 4. when Aspen did the gum measurements they said I had 4s. I am positive they forced those 4s since I was almost in tears when Aspen did it and so bloody and could hardly feel it at this dentist. Aspen said I needed a deep cleaning of two visits...this dentist said I needed just a normal cleanings and did everything I needed in one visit....Aspen told me my cleaning would be 480 on top of the 120ish I paid just to be looked at..so 600 bucks..this dentist chraged me 200 for everything......ASPEN IS A JOKE!
