Very friendly and they work very fast to get you in and out. I normally am skeptical about going to a dentist but they made me feel at home. I recommend Aspen Dental to anyone in need to get things done.

Excellent visit today...my daughter and I both went for our initial visit today, and had a good visit. We both liked everyone there, and firgive my spellings but I only know the names not their spelling. Merida, Tammy, Jessica, Sarah, and Dr. Tasha were all very kind and very thorough. I went in July 10th 2021 and was told I needed dentures. Aspen Dental experience was awesome, they treated me like I mattered and they cared how I felt thru the whole experience. I absolutely love my smile!

On behalf of my elderly parent, who was the recipient of Aspen Dental's care, I can say that our experience was very positive from beginning to end. Every member of the staff was pleasant, professional, and communicative. All necessary procedures were thoroughly and properly completed; clear explanations were provided; and more than one treatment option, with estimated price, was provided. After we selected a best treatment option, the out-of-pocket expense remained as quoted; there were no unexpected up-charges.
From the receptionist to the dental assistant (Ashley) the dental hygienist (Julia), the primary dentist (Dr. Singh) and the office manager (Lindsey), we were well informed and kindly treated.
Highly recommend Aspen Dental, without reservation.

Well, I got there 15 minutes before my scheduled time like I was asked. I waited for quite a while and was then taken back for an X-ray... then led to another X-ray room where I was asked to wait to see if the doc wanted the other series or if the first X-ray was enough... I ended up getting more X-rays. I ended up leaving over 2 hours later with no cleaning... but with them trying to sell me Invisalign and a ton of other products. Then the offered to break payments into 12 months... and I realized she was trying to run a credit check to sign me up for Care Credit... without my permission! Unless you have to use Aspen Dental or have your teeth fall out... I’d keep looking!

They made me feel real comfortable. The assistant talked to me to get me to relax and even went as far as to asking what type of music was my choice. And went out of his way to use his phone to play music. The doctor came in, explained what he was going to do and proceeded. It took him maybe 15 minutes to complete. It have not been a week yet and the pain I feel is at level 1. They are really good. Wrong Aspen this review is for location 95th western, evergreen il.

My boyfriend went to Aspen today at the same time his father was there. They both went about getting a crown. I have now read reviews and totally agree about running game as it happened to both of them also. He personally sat there listening to them run the same game on a third person. Trying to tell people they need a deep cleaning that often times isn’t covered by insurance. Then they “include” mouth washes, creams and a very expensive electric toothbrush into your treatment plan. They were very polite but we go to one of the best dentists in town normally and will definitely continue with him instead since we don't have to have all this "necessary" gum treatment with him. (LOL). Aspen won't even do the crown without this expensive gum treatment! I'm sure the gum treatment would help many people but most of us can't afford over $3000 out of our pockets (and with what insurance pays, it's way more) just to get a simple crown! We will never recommend Aspen Dental nor go there again.

A great location, the team at Aspen Dental is attentive to the needs and concerns of their patients. They are easy to talk to, and they do whatever they can to make sure you're comfortable. It's thanks to Dr. V and her team that I no longer have fears instilled from another dental office. Even if you're nervous or scared to attend to your dental health, give this office a try. As for the financial aspect, there are multiple options to help suit a variety of needs. I highly recommend.

I recently went for an exam to have my 46 year old dentures replaced. I was very pleased with the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. The attention to detail was impressive, as was the professionalism of the people manning the front desk. Ashley Bond, who assisted with me was extremely personable and made me feel at home. Katie Mahoney who helped me at the front desk was great.
