It was a refreshing experience to go to the dentist and be put at ease through the whole exam. I do not go as often as I should really because of past experiences but I was pleased and immediately was ready for my family to experience it here. Thank you so much for putting confidence back in the Dentistry Field!! I will definitely recommend your office and see you soon!

EVERYONE I came in contact with at this office was incredible!!! I don't live in this area and had to make an emergency appointment with someone? They are the first ones I called and I am so glad I did. Even knowing I would probably never return to this office everyone there made sure I knew exactly what was happening with my tooth and what my options would be and my comfort during the procedure was of utmost concern. Thank you all for your care and concern šŸ˜€

Limited hours of operation (like most dentists) and not open on weekends.

A bit "rush-rush" once you are being seen. Costs and charges are not well explained and choices not made clear. Next procedures are not well explained. Seems every visit there is some (unwelcome) surprise.

I got a full upper denture and a partial lower. The lower, temporary never fit well enough to wear all day and now the permanent partial is hurting me. I will have to somehow find a way to get it adjusted during their/my limited schedule.

Not too impressed.

I'm almost through my six months with my temporary dentures and will be getting my permanent ones soon. The staff has been delightful and very helpful all along the way. They worked with me to be able to fit within my budget. It was not a pleasant experience (pulling teeth is no fun!) but I'm so glad I did it. Now I'm not ashamed to smile big!

I went to this place 2 months ago. It's my 1st visit, that day I urgently need to see a dentist as half of my front tooth was missing as the previous filling on that tooth came off. They did a lot of xrays and teeth/gums assessment. I sat there and waited then the dentist came and did oral assessment. Then voila! I'm done they listed all the services that they think I should have that cost about 9k!!šŸ˜±. I'm so disappointed because I came there so they ca fix my front tooth, thought I'm gonna get tooth filling on that same day.
Then their finance staff will talk to you and will breakdown all estimated discounts and insurance said I will only need to pay about 3k. Then they will encourage you to apply for payment plans like care credit, then run your credit score.

Have not been to any dentist for years. Dr. V was excellent and kind. The hygienist was an expert cleaning my teeth. It did not hurt and was not unpleasant. The staff is caring, knowledgeable, and have a sense of humor. I no longer dread going to the dentist.

What I like about Aspen Dental:
The hours seem sufficient to meet the needs of clients.
I am always made to feel welcome no matter how busy or what my problem may be.
The building is clean with the exception of the bathroom. The bathrooms start out clean but should be monitored throughout the day. Used them twice & was obviously after a male with very bad aim. I went ahead & cleaned up the majority of the mess. I did not clean the floor area. I was not a good client as I did not report the condition to the staff. If there is a next time I will. I understand that they cannot be checking the condition of restroom after each use.
The staff are Always courteous & cheerful. They appear to have a good rappor with each other.
I love Dr. V no matter what problem arises she does her best to fix/make work or resolve the problem.
So do the rest of her staff. I think she sets her standards high & expects the same from her Dental hygienist's.
The advertisements for Aspen Dental talk about how readonable their charges are. I disagree with this. They are one of the more expensive however they work with you regarding charges. They take payments & offer financing. Both of these are great for the clients.
The work ethic is great & with as busy as they are a good work ethic is needed from everyone.
Their appears to be a good understanding of what team work is as the hygienist's are always willing to assist each other. This includes Dr. V stopping what she is doing when she can to address things with other clients when asked by the hygienist's. She also advises the other dentist who has come to work with her when he needs instruction or another opinion.

The entire staff (from the tech trainee - Antoinette, Julia - the hygienist, Dr Taha, and the office manager, Tammy) were friendly, informative, and professional. Iā€™m most grateful for their patience and providing assurance and comfort.

My first visit and all employees were very polite. Everyone explained what they were doing. The dental assistants were very professional.
I will say this, some of the employees need to learn to discuss personal matters in a private setting. I was sitting in the x-Ray room waiting to get xrayed and I could hear a couple of receptionist talking about personal issues or gossip. I did not think that was the time nor place.
Dentist was very thorough in her exam.
The whole experience was delightful and relaxing which, made me feel very much at ease.
Would recommend family and friends.

Every visit my wife had at this office took hours. She spent at least 10 hrs at this office in 3 visits. The first visit she didn't even receive any treatments. If you get services done there, pay close attention to your bill because they'll add unnecessary items like a pricey tooth brush to them without informing you they're doing so. Also, if you're going work done, pay attention to them trying to stick the drill in your mouth without numbing you first. They did that to my wife while she was getting her crown put on and damn near gave her a migraine for the rest of the day. To make matters worse, when she confronted them about it they made her feel like she was being ridiculous. NOT a dentist office I can recommend.
