Wow!! Not sure if it’s because I’m from out of town or what the deal was. I got there early to fill out paperwork, was called before done and before appointment so no big deal, they took the next person. I finished up and waited, thinking I would be next. But 15 minutes after my appointment they took a man that was early and just left me sitting there. They canceled my appointment time because I wasn’t finished with the paper work at 2:53 with an appointment time of 3:00. Talk about rude!!!

Every aspect of my initial visit, from the woman who took xrays, to Julia the hygienist, to Dr. Taha the dentist, to Tammy the office manager, was wonderful. Everyone was so pleasant and patiently answered all my questions. They were extremely thorough and did not rush any part of the process throughout my visit and filled me with confidence as I move forward in my dental care plan.

The staff here is amazing!!! Came here because I had been up for three days with my jaw hurting. Of course it's was over the 4th holiday week end so was not able to get into any other dentist. Got in the day I called to set up an appointment luckily. Probably won't happen often. Anywho, even with as much pain as I was in the staff was super sweet and very accommodating. On too of it super sociable. Not like at most doctors offices where the staff talks to the staff. They took great care of my teeth and treated me like I was a regular human and not just another body in a chair. Definitely recommended this office to every one I talk to!

If I could give them a zero I would. Predatory practice, pushing and pushing for extra despite your reasons for not choosing to do something. Apparently they don’t need to follow state mandated practices required for dentistry. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, even if I despised them. Poor quality dentures, lab techs and dentists that will lie through their teeth to get you to take an inferior product and then refuse to honor that guarantee on their work, and dentists who will cheerfully try and convince you to do the most expensive, invasive route of treatment even when you tell them no.

My first appointment as a new patient was a success! Staff was super nice very informative and took their time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I would recommend for any adult in need of a dentist to set up a appointment. Did not experience any children care so unable to inform on children.

Every one that came in contact with me was a very positive experience from the receptionist at the front desk to the hygienist and the dentist.
They all made me felt comfortable I truly appreciated the respect they showed my wife as she was by my side. It was a very tense, nervous and uncomfortable experience for me and I needed to be cared for with respect and understanding. Aspen dental provided exceptional professional care. I truly appreciate all of you so much.

I'm very grateful to the staff there. I needed some dental work and because I have anxiety problems and I'm terrified to get injections, they were very patient with me. I needed four teeth pulled on the bottom, and was so scared my blood pressure was high. They gave me the option to continue, which I did, and the dentist had her assistant stay with me to watch me to ensure that I was ok. The extractions were very quick and they were very thorough. Checking that there was no additional issues. After calming down I was very happy with their compassion and help. I look forward to dealing with them in the future.

On our first visit your hours on your door say you open at 7:30. We had an appt at 8am. Doors did not open til 8. Now we have an appt at 2:30pm. And doors are still locked. I'm ready to take my money back and be done with you. I work in the medical field. We didn't treat patients like this. Doesn't give me alot if confidence in you people. I've watched 5 cars drive away because they couldn't get in to see someone
