I really will do whatever I can to avoid the dentist. But with Dr. V I know I am in good hands. The office team has such a good positive flow going. Everyone plays an important role in there. This makes it easier for me to overcome my fears of going to the dentist. Lord knows I am a handful for a patient.....but Dr V understands and works not only on my teeth Very Well but she gives me support in my fears, worries and stressors. Dr V and her team are the best hands down. Thanks for all you have done. Leslie Creason .

The staff has always been pretty good at what they do but today I called to get a tooth looked at that is causing me severe pain. They got me in took a look and told me I have an exposed nerve and the tooth needs to be extracted. They took my bp and it was too high ( due to high amounts of pain) for them to extract the tooth, so they sent me home with an antibiotic to kill the infection and will see me in three days. I asked about how to kill the pain which was why I was there and they asked my how much pain I was in. I told them on the 10 scale about an 8 or 9, enough to make me want to bash my face into a brick wall to stop the pain. In other words severe and constant. They told me to pick up some redcross toothache relief stuff. Needless to say it's not working at all and I am running out of options for pain relief on this. I have been to them for years now it's not like I'm some kind of drug seeker playing the long game here. Now I get to enjoy the next three days in agony and go back in just for them to discover they still can't do it because my bp is still too high due to the pain.
Update. My original rating should have been three stars and I hit the wrong button. I have since upgraded my rating due to the conversation I had with Dr. V and the staff about this rating. Let me clarify the Staff are some of the most wonderful staff I have ever dealt with at a dentist or doctors office. Aspens policies and procedures are an issue. Aspen expects a 5 star review or they think something is wrong. This is unrealistic. Objectively 5 stars means a perfect score and means that every aspect of my business with them was perfect in every way. This is nearly impossible to meet with every customer every time. Three stars (supposed to be the original rating) means your doing ok but there is room for refinement of something(s). 4 stars (current rating) means you did really good and exceeded my expectations. The staff here are wonderful and I really appreciate that they monitor these ratings and address them if they feel there is an issue they can fix. Bravo for having the gumption to ask about it and have a conversation with me about that review when I returned.

Went in with a Killer toothache, and mentioned getting dentures in the future. When I left, I had all the info I needed on the dentures and no pain. They pulled the tooth and scripted me some antibiotics, gums were infected, I am now getting used to my new upper teeth just a week later. I will be going back they are are very nice and respectable.

I was initially very pleased, but their delay in calling in a very important antibiotic has me wondering what the future holds. It's been 1/2 day so far. #newpatient

I had the very best experience ever the last 2 times of visiting Aspen Dental. (FORSYTH, IL) For me dental visits have always been daunting but having had Dr. Malik and Jessica which I now dub them as my DREAM TEAM, take care of me, I will forever be grateful. This particular procedure that I had done I had gotten 3 prior opinions from 3 different dentist and they all said the same thing but I didn't feel comfortable with them. When I met Dr. Malik and his assistant Jessica I felt really comfortable I didn't want to bolt and run so that was huge! I had minimal pain and I left there with a smile! Big shout out to my DREAM TEAM!!!! Dr. Malik and Jessica you both ROCK!

Way over priced just after your money. They quoted $12,000 for a cleaning two root canals 2 caps and a cavity or $400 to pull the one tooth had it done at another office for $68.

The people who work here care about you. Doc usually gets pretty busy with customers so you have to be a little patient at times but overall they take good care of you.

Everyone at Aspen Dental was very nice and worked hard to make sure I was taken care of. They billed my insurance and worked with me on a payment plan

I think they mean well, but corporate backing means they push a lot of services that might not be necessary. Also, have them get your dental work pre authorized or you could find yourself paying hundreds if not thousands more than the initial estimate.
