Because of insurance issues and cost, I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and was honestly very nervous. Every staff member was kind, thoughtful and helpful. Matlyne took my x-rays and made me feel comfortable, Sara was so sweet in explaining everything while doing the cleaning, Dr. Taha went over all the long term options with me and Tammy made the paying & scheduling end of the process very easy. I loved being able to fill out all my paperwork & schedule the appointments online and everything was so pleasant all around. All the stars, thank you Aspen Dental for making me feel welcome!

Way to go Aspen Dental! I had the most amazing experience I have ever had at a dentist office. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made me feel at ease. I was treated like family. Dr. V is amazing! Everyone is so caring. They walked me through the whole process and explained every step of entire procedure. Lindsey was very helpful getting me through the payment process. Julia did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. The girls at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this office. I am not afraid to go to the dentist anymore.

I am giving 2 stars for friendliness of staff not the business. Definitely a corporate dental office. The chairs are cheap, uncomfortable and the rooms are small. After being in the chair for an hour and a half my back hurt, neck hurt, and I was in more body pain than my mouth was sore. Little to no privacy. The staff is friendly but the entire experience felt cold and industrialized. I could actually hear the air compressor running in the back of the building. I felt like I was in an auto repair shop. Once I was prepped for my procedure I was left unattended for approximately 45 minutes. I was asked to maintain my own saliva suction and they walked out. I needed tissues for my nose and had to exit the chair, trip over multiple items and obtain them myself. I only used this service because they were in network for my insurance saving me almost $300+/- from my regular dentist. I am debating if the savings was worth it. Even the staff when they did come into the room for the procedure ran into the equipment multiple times. I am approaching 48 hours since the procedure and my jaw is still sore from their conveyor belt handling. They are state of the art and their 3d imaging is unique. Very much a corporation and wanting to up sell every chance. When I seek medical or dental care I am not interested in being sold a product. A black light cancer scan is an up sell that unless there is cause/evidence for it, i don't feel is needed. The building itself was designed much like a temporary fly-by-night atmosphere. Cabinets were used as dividers and everything in the building was temporary and portable.

I have not gone to a dentist in over 20 years due to a horrific experience that I had gone through the staff at Aspen dental from the front de.. sk to the doctor when above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable every step along the way... They took a situation that quite honestly I was terrified of yeah I was terrified of and made it bearable. I have to go next week and in the future to get my teeth where they need to be... I cannot think of better hands that I am in. Thank you so much to all of you for taking the time with someone who just needed a little extra TLC.

My visit to Aspen Dental was wonderful! Everyone was very kind and professional. I only came to get a check up as a new patient, but I was also able to get my teeth cleaned. They provided me with all the essentials I needed to maintain good oral health as well. I plan on remaining a patient there for a very long time.

I had alot of dental work done here over the course of 3 months. They billed my insurance for work done then made me pay what was owed up front. I probably had 12 appointments total at the end of each appointment I was given a detailed paper on what was done and what I owed after insurance. I always had a balance of 0$. Then 6 months after the work was completed they said I owed a large amount of money. I don't even know how this makes sense. I wouldn't recommend going here until you want a surprise bill 6 months down the road. Your better off going to Dr. Larry Osborne. He's kind and genuinely cares about your pain and doesn't get say "Oh your fine".

I had a great experience for my visit. The staff was extremely friendly and made sure and explained everything in detail. I had the chance to meet both dentists and they were great and made sure i understood exactly what was going with my teeth and gums and how I need to proceed. The receptionists were awesome and I am so glad that my wife and I found this office.

My fisrt visit. Deep cleaning.
Staff courteous and friendly for my deep cleaning. However the price was beyond any other quotes for this service by substantial amount.

4 times what my dental insurance would pay. They booked two visits for the cleaning that could have been done i one. They told me my insurance dictated that. I had the same insurance when i had this done a couple of years ago and it was done in one visit.

I just finished my first visit and received this request for a review less than an hour post visit.

I will do the other half in a week. So if money is no object then I recommend. They seem competent enough. However i will seek other venues for more complicated procedures.

Their scheduling system is a mess. The woman working the main call line is incredibly rude. The only thing good I have to say about that place is that Julia is an amazing oral hygienist but the rest of my experience has been rather upsetting.
