Wanted a regular cleaning and a debritement. Sat through x-rays and all this unnecessary procedures. When it was time to schedule further some sales team girl sat me down and told me they wanted 560$ worth of work and refused to schedule a cleaning. Aspen Dental is the Mcdonalds of dentistry. Went in with filling broken out of front tooth and ended up with an almost $6000 dollar treatment estimate and NOTHING done about the broken filling. I am not at all happy with Aspen. They included a partial in their estimate when I already have a partial from Aspen Dental that I have NEVER been able to wear because it wasn't made right.

Insurance made appointment with oral surgeon under contract no one informed me of any deductibles in their staff is not capable of coding so got charged for no reason staff was helpful doctor poorly informed did not get his information correctly

They nice and all but can't make dentures very well. Maybe they just learning. I been goin for almost a YEAR now and STILL don't have teeth. Should of had them in November. Thinkin I be getting my money back.

same problem with billing- took them 1 year to send me a bill for work my daughter had done before braces- it was $400 and because it was a year late it screwed me out of my deductible and etc- today 7-31-19 my husband had an appt @ 1:45 for an emergency extraction- he works 2nd at 3pm- at 3:27 he is still sitting in the office waiting and it wont take 10 mins once he gets in there...seriously...and now all that waiting and they wouldnt pull it- said he had too much infection...so now he is an hour late for work and he is still in pain and cant eat...
