First off appointment was cancelled no one left message or called to confirm my appointment . Recommend never to use this dentistry most unprofessional and lied to cover up their mistake. Im hurtting so bad. I hate you aspien dental.

Galesburg , IL Office -- Very fast service , great staff to make you feel at ease....Pulled left side Infected molor with No Pain !!! ( a couple of winches but nothing to be bothered about ). Not afraid to go back.

Don't hesitate & get your Problem cured...

Made an appointment 1 week in advance. Arrived for the appointment 20 minutes early. Insolent woman told us they had to reschedule the appointment, claimed they called and left a message. When I pulled out my phone and proved she was lying she just sat there like it was no big deal. Sorry folks but you don't get second chances acting like that. This cash patient will give money to a professional.

I called on Thursday to schedule an appointment for my husband. They said they had that upcoming Saturday 8am available so I took that appointment. I was told to be there 15 minutes early. So was supposed to be there at 7:45am. I made it there at 7:40 and no cars were out in the parking lot. I thought, maybe it’s too early, let’s give them some time. At 7:50 I walk up to the doors and they are locked. Still no cars out in the parking lot. I decide to call at 7:58am the lady didn’t ask the reason for my call and proceeds to offer a 9am appointment for the same day for which I inform her my husband had already been scheduled for 8aclock and no one was there. She tells me that this location (Galesburg, Il) opens at 8 so they might be on their way... Ok?! You would think that office staff is there early to get everything up and running before they open. Well 8:15 and still waiting. I call again, I talk to someone on the other side of the country. I explain everything and she says “Well I show this location to be open right now, let me call them” she calls and of course no answer. I know she will not get an answer. There are no cars out there but mine. While I’m waiting for her to get back on the phone I decide to check this office reviews. I wish I would have done that before. This is what these people do. Schedule people with appointments and not show up or they cancel after scheduling wrong procedures, they charge people for wrong procedures and fail to issue a refund in a timely manner.
Well the lady comes back on the phone to tell me that this location was not open today. Yet the first person I spoke to tried to give me another appointment for the same day and the one I was talking to now had already also told me that this location showed it was open on her computer and the location door also said “Saturday By appointment” waste of time and money. Go somewhere where your time and money is respected. You see so many complaints about the same thing and it keeps happening over and over you would think management would address these issues but they just keep allowing this and don’t fix this unprofessional and unethical major issue. Charged me from a surgical abstraction but only did a simple abstraction I need a refund asap 🤬

I had a tooth that broke off of my denture. Took it in and they made a new tooth. I got my denture back the same day. They look very good. I was very pleased.

In 2005 I went to 2 different dentists. Both strongly suggested to have most of my teeth taken out and to have implants. I have a bony lump in the roof of mouth they both said would have to ground down I I ever wanted to wear upper dentures. I didn't want to do either option at the time as my teeth looked ok and I was able to eat without any problems. I also had a flipper at that time. Eleven years later my teeth were at the stage it was time to do something about them, as the choices of what I could eat were few. I was very nervous at the first app't at Aspen Dental. The staff were kind and non judgemental. I thought they would have to grind the tora out in the roof of my mouth. I also was hoping the temporaries would fit.
There were many impressions made of my teeth. They wanted to get them right.
The techician who makes the teeth came in and spent time deciding what was best. She made a channel in the uppers for yhe tora. I apologized that my situation eas such a pain and sje said it's not a pain it's a challenge and we will fix it.The temps fit perfectly, and I could eat normally again after 2 years. I was happy! As the gums shrank I used a little polident. When the permanents were being made, I asked the office manager a couple of times to speak with her. She listened to what I had to day without interruptions. Very rare nowadays. The staff comes and goes but they all do their jobs, so that was not a problem. Chrissy atvthe reception desk is always pleasant and writes little post it notes on files to be sure the patient's individual requests and problems are not forgotten. Candace has moved on and has a job much closer to her home. I appreciated her kindness, great attitude,
and competency. I wish her the best in her new job.

I had a loose tooth that was bothersome. Been a while since I have been to a dentist. Wife mentioned Aspen Dental. We googled and was able to make an appointment on line for the next day. Staff was very friendly, courteous and informed me of procedures in every step. Futher visits are required and the arrangement for expenses are of great help to me that has no dental insurance.

Very nice office, and staff was very helpful. The only reason why I didn't rate it 5 star is because I wish Aspen accepted Medicare. Other than that they'd be the perfect place to go to for dental care.

The professionalism, courtesy and skill of all who work at the Aspen Dental office in Galesburg is unmatched. From the receptionist to Taylor who assisted us with financing to the wonderful technicians and of course Dr. John H. Who listened to my husband's concerns and then treated him with care and skill, Aspen Dental is our only dental clinic from now all!
