Used my vacation day at work to be able to get there during their hours. And they call an hour before my apt and leave a voicemail telling me tall call and reschedule. I call for 20 minutes before they call back. No doctor there that day. Sorry. Definitely will not go back. Thank God it wasn't an emergency.

Went in last year around August for a root canal/crown. Gave them insurance card, we went through the breakdown of all costs. Over $3000 for the service and my out of pocket was around $900 after insurance. Signed up for the care credit card. 2 weeks ago I get a bill in the mail for an extra $800. Business manager says insurance didn't cover that amount, and the bill is due tomorrow. It took them a year to hear insurance wouldn't cover the other portion?? I had them perform work based on the figures they gave me. They went through 4-5 different dentists during my procedures over 3 months. I cancelled my cleaning for next week. Will find somewhere else to go. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. No wonder you guys have terrible reviews.

Wednesday, July 26, I went in to have a filling replaced. Immediately, I was given unneeded x-rays. I wanted an x-ray only of the tooth that needed a filling. I was then told the tooth needed to be extracted. Within 15 minutes, I was sent to a "financial advisor" and was told by her that I needed $2,500 worth of dental work needed. She shoved a "Treatment Acceptance and Payment Arrangement" Form in front of me to sign. I was charged $94.50 for the visit and the dentist never even looked inside my mouth, nor, did he file down the chipped tooth that was rubbing against my tongue. The next day, I did what I should have done in the first place. I went to a dentist in Monmouth. He filed down the chipped tooth, took an X-ray of only the bad tooth, showed me the X-ray and explained fully about what I needed. He referred me to an oral surgeon which will cost $340 instead of $2,500. I wouldn't be caught dead inside an Aspen Dental.

Went in for a broken tooth. I opted for a root canal in order to save it. Had to wait two weeks before they could get me in. Then at the last minute. They cancelled my appointment and told me they would call back with a new date. Which that phone call never came. Now I'm told the doctor can't do root canals. But they would give me a referral. What a joke wasted 2 weeks.

had an appointment two weeks ago and got there to find out they had scheduled the wrong work to be done and the DH didn't have the time to complete my appointment. I was told this of course after i had payed for the appointment with my credit card. Here we are a few weeks and three phone calls later trying to get my refund for the appointment that didn't take place. Every time i call i keep getting the run around being told that someone will take care of my refund as soon as possible. Well its been almost three weeks. If i don't see my money back soon i suppose i will just have to go sit in the waiting room until someone can explain to me where my money is. The staff that i dealt with was pleasant but i will not be returning due to the issues I've had.

My original dentures I got at another denture company and was never happy with the fit or able to eat comfortably. After a few years and additional tooth loss, when to aspen dental. Had teeth extracted and new dentures made. It is a process that takes time but they made every effort to get them right. They listened to my wants and concerns and were very patient with me. THEY GOT IT RIGHT.
I am extremely happy with the fit and look. I can eat what l want comfortably and have nothing but respect for Dr Ryan and the staff at Aspen Dental.

This place is a scam, please do yourself a big favor read & believe the negative reviews about this place because I didn't and now I'm fighting this place for gross negligence/misrepresentation by inflating my bill. I'm going to be calling the BBB on Monday July 1st 2020 because they are threatening collection for $1984.60 even though I have written proof on their letterhead stating my out of pocket after my insurance payment of$1500 was to be $519.80. I was told that they were in my network but little did I know that the dentist wasn't so they can charge whatever they want. They said they would try to back date the billing so it would adjust the bill or the office would just absorb the cost and call it a wash, well now I've got another bill saying if I don't pay they'll turn me into collections. I'll be seeing you in court ASPEN DENTAL....
