Aspen dental is a scam office. Michael the office manager told me my daughterd account was paid off . Now I still get bills and He won't call me back. He is supposedly never there when I call. But never returns my calls. They started a crown for me then after billing my insurance company for that . Refused to finish it and said I have to get a root canal. They constantly harass me for different amounts and I was told it was paid off. I had to pay a big chunk of cash upfront and was told I that it covered the procedure. Then I started getting bills so I started sending them money. While I questioned the bills and found out they entered the claim wrong and did not tell me till months later. I had to enter the claim for them. They are a terrible place and once you go there you can't get rid of them they constantly try and charge for things that are already paid off!

I had some work done 3 years ago. The actual dental work was fine, but their billing department is utterly inept. I'm still dealing with some financial issues from that, and their staff talked more about college vodka than they knew about my bill while I was in getting work done. Best to find a local dentist, and not use a "walmart" grade service with a payment plan.

So scared going into a new place. Was so impressed with the updated technology and everyone I came in contact with was awesome. Thank you Cat, Chelsea and Dr Colby. And I am sorry I can’t remember the office manager’s name, but he was excellent also.( Maybe, Michael, again sorry)

Everyone is friendly, and does want to give the best care possible. However... if you are having any work done beyond a cleaning, this is not the place to go for financial reasons. The estimates are never close to the actual work. If you do go here, because you like the staff (everyone really is kind), be sure to budget 3x whatever estimate they give you! And the customer support/satisfaction is an absolute joke.

Worst experience ever. The dentist had the nerve to tell me that I wasn’t worth his time to come in on a Friday. He could’ve just as easily told me that they do not work on Fridays. Was very rude was very abrupt. He told me that he is the only dentist there so things go his way. Staff was friendly but the dentist I could deal with out. I will not recommend this place to anyone and I have told everyone I know to never go there.

I had every positive experience at Aspen Dental. The receptionist was very helpful in getting my insurance straightened out so I could get new dentures. Everyone was pleasantly nice and professional!! I go for impressions this Monday. Thank you for the wonderful service
