Used to be good service. Now i wouldn't recommend to anyone. Waste of time and money. Can't get answers. Always canceling on you. Never the same person. Can't get issues taken care if then when i try to contact owners and management nobody can tell me anything

I went there today with my 8 year old so he could get his tooth fixed he chipped on monkey bars.This was his second visit.First visit went great.Unfortunately this visit was terrifying for my son.After putting on numbing topical my son said it hurt his tounge.The dentist said well son there is gonna be alot of things i do today you are not going to like but you're going to have to deal with it if you want you're filling.He then proceeded to tell my 8 year old son (we just might have to send you somewere special. They have a place for people like you.Then scolded him and said keep your mouth open and you better not bite my fingers.Then he decided he was gonna shoot him with novacane so he pulled out the needle rolled it around in his hands very angrily. Grabbed my sons lip very hard and shook it .ripped it upright and shot needle up there with no warning.Then he scolded him again when my son jumped.Then he said nope i cant do it theres a place for people like you!!What a terrible man to treat a 8 year old child like this!Im waiting on a call from a regional manager. .

I made an appointment for my daughter to go there and they canceled and made excuses on how I did not confirm the email and I did confirm it so I drove twenty minutes for nothing. The receptionist was also a bit rude.

Horrible customer service. I had to wait 20 minutes just for them to tell me the appointment I made a week wasn't put in correctly so now I get to wait 3 more weeks to get in. And they looked at me like I was in the wrong. The front desk at that place is a joke.

I have been dealing with aspen since October of last year it’s been a horrible experience my dentures have not fit from the start and they have had 7 denist since I started going there this place is a mess and I’m very unhappy the worst thing is iv already paid them now they don’t want to stand by there garentee they advertise so I’m prob going to have to get a lawyer and fight them and I will and find a new place to go
