Awesome place to go! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly!! Shout out to Ronda (the D.A), who made me feel as ease and explained the process to me. I have a hard time going to dentist and she kept me calm. Also Chelsea (hygienist), Dr Gifford, and Michael were all so friendly and professional!!! I have a new dentist to go to now and am not disappointed!

I am a veteran who served 22 years in the United States Marine Corps followed by another 10 years serving as an advisor to the U.S. Army. I could use my Veteran's benefits and have my dental work done at the VA hospital in Iowa City if i choose to do so. Unfortunately my last dental procedure was not a pleasant one. I made my appointment with Aspen Dental and then almost canceled due to recollections of that past experience. Well...I kept my appointment and I am so glad I did! Now seriously: The experience that made my day! Emily is the office manager and she is professional, understanding, and super friendly. She did everything on the paperwork side to make it easy on me. Dr. Kim and her team of Sara and Gina treated me like family in a very professionally conscientious way. They were friendly and funny as they methodically fixed me up perfectly! I never felt like an assembly line project! You could feel their attention to detail. They were focused on making it right. I knew I was in very experienced and capable hands the whole time. I look forward to seeing them all on my follow up appointment!

Staff were very nice for the most part. However, I had two fillings done and had the WORST experience! It took almost 2 hours per filling and during the dentist almost dropped a tool down my throat. No one explained what was being done, the dentist had no beside manner whatsoever. A week after getting the second filling I was eating a subway sandwich when the first filling came out completely and the second filling came out along with taking a huge part of my tooth, down to the root with it. I have had to have several appointments elsewhere to fix the mistakes made along with a having lot of unnecessary pain and spending way more money for something that should have been simple, with no issues. The wonderful dentist that is fixing my teeth proclaimed that the dentist whom had done the original fillings did a terrible job (left some of the cavity and put WAY too much filling in place) and said that is for sure what caused my tooth to break. This occurred over a month ago and I have still not heard back from Aspen regarding the whole situation. Moral of the story, don’t go here for anything more than a routine cleaning!!

From the receptionist to the dentist everyone was very friendly and professional! The state of the art equipment compared to other places I’ve been are unbelievable!! They are all very knowledgeable regarding their jobs and always asked if I had any questions! I have always been afraid of dentists from past experiences but they have put me at ease! I guess I found my new dental office! I’m glad my husband recommended you guys as he was right!! Great place to go!!

Went to have a lower plate repair they did that. Then they told me they would fix me a whole new plate at no cost. Went back many times for appointments to have the lower plate fitted. They could not get it right, every time I get down the teeth on the bottom plate they had set me up with did not match my upper plate. I could not eat it would not work I kept going back and all they did was grind on them. And when I was not satisfied because the lower plate was so far off. They told me there was nothing they could do, I guess that was the cue to hit the door. I went in and talked to the manager and he promised that he would get a hold of Aspen dental and Moline by that Friday and get back with me that was two and a half weeks ago and still not heard a word from him. I am very upset, and would not recommend having your dentures done there.

If you’re looking for a dentist, go to Aspen Dental first. The office in Galesburg, Illinois is bright and clean. The entire staff is very friendly and seem to have the answers to all of my questions before I asked them. The price was affordable and I didn’t have a long wait to get an appointment or even when I arrived for my appointment. Try them, I think you’ll be happy you did.

Best experience in a dentist office ever. I had four teeth extracted and I was numb. The dentist gave the medicine a bit of time to work before pulling the teeth. That's not been my experience before. Very satisfied with my experience and with the interactions with the hygienist and office staff. Pricing was up front and no hidden or added charges. I've already recommended them twice and will continue to do so.

Can't say enough about the Galesburg office! From the professional way the office personnel answer and make appointments right to the dentist drilling and making you as comfortable as possible! Shout out to Chelsey, my dental hygienist, she is an incredible key to the Galesburg team! She was personable, funny and the epitome of a highly skilled member of her vocation! I hadn't been back to the dentist since Covid-19 hit, as they were not making appointments to protect their staff and customers, and I expected some finger wagging over the missed maintenance on my teeth. Instead, Chelsey made my visit completely pleasant and feel like a welcome back kind of vibe.
Another shout out to the entire staff for making the whole idea of dental visit(s) something pleasant rather than something to dread! Kudos to the entire staff!

In the past, I have always had bad experiences going to the dentist but when I broke a tooth (back molar) I had to go to the dentist. My husband and I chose Aspen Dental in Galesburg, Illinois. I was definitely apprehensive when I went but everyone was very kind and caring. They took the time to explain and went over everything that needs to be done. Since I do not have dental insurance, they were very helpful with getting me financial assistance. I cant thank them enough for making this visit easier for me.

I haven’t seen a dentist in like 25 yrs and this place made me feel welcome. I didn’t have any serious problem but did get a couple of fillings. Great friendly staff. Prices where a sticker shock but it’s not there fault for my insurance company. Highly recommend!
